He is smart & honest thus the 3 stars but not 5 stars please let me explain. First, as a psychologist now studying pre-med & neuroscience, I know truth is vital in cases with life or death obviously. HOWEVER!... emotions and mental health matter... so his being harsh with a dying patients family members for crying -especially! when he has no idea of their mental health, which is JUST AS VITAL, is a problem. It is hard hearing someone is dying, he may be used to these death risks or realities etc but not all people are. He needs to consider people have emotions & not lash out at the patients family. Otherwise, he's blunt and honest; seems to be intelligent. I don't think I'd suggest him unless you have hope in your case. Emotions should be respected for suicide is real, too & not everyone handles grief the same. He has no manners. But. He is smart I 'suppose'.
