I love Joie, she did fillers for my mother and recently for myself. Im only 30 and struggle with under circles plus fat loss in my face from doing keto which made them look worse. She did fillers in my cheeks to help with the appearance of my dark circles and im very satisfied. Going back next week to finish getting fillers under my eyes for more improvement. It was my time for lip fillers, so I was apprehensive. Ashley assured that there would be swelling and maybe some bruising, but within 1 week the swelling wasnt visible and I had no bruising!! I have the natural fullness that I was looking for. I will be returning for all my aesthetic needs!!

Anyone on the fence about rhinoplasty? I was skeptical for so many years. Ive wanted my nose done as far back as I can remember but I was so scared it would hurt! Also if a surgeon would mess up, this is my face! So many things went through my head. I looked up surgeon after surgeon for years, blew it off for a long time. I have a few friends that have went to Dr. Lopez for several different procedures so I looked him up. Long story short, I loved all his work. I felt confident and safe that he was the surgeon that was going to do my nose. Dr. Lopez and his team are the most caring group of people. Dr. Lopez exceeded my expectations with my nose. No complaints here! I had very little bruising that lasted 2 days, swelling was minimal and absolutely no pain! I was kind of shocked that I wasnt hurting. Ive always pictures of people that look like they got into a bad accident or something extreme. Honestly the worst thing was sleeping on my back. I was able to breathe out of my nose in 2 days, not completely but to where it was comfortable. Lastly, my nose is perfect!! He made my nose exactly the way I had been wanting it my entire life. Its been a little over 2 months and Im 100% happy with my nose. I no longer am self conscious about profile pictures. Ive had a bad experience with another surgery and remember cheaper is not always better! Not when it comes to your face or body. Hope this helped anyone with their decision.

Ive been coming to Advanced Aesthetics Plastic Surgery for 7 years!Manny Lopez did my face lift 7 years ago and I still couldnt be more pleased with my results!Ashley Blevins has been doing my Botox for at least 3 years and if youve ever had Botox before then you know how important placement is! The entire staff makes me feel special and right at home. They are so personable and professional. Ive had bad placement before and my eyebrows came down and I looked like I was frowning. I would never go anywhere else! Im almost ready to get my eyelids done and only Dr Lopez will be doing them!!!Ive had clients had their eyes done elsewhere and have seen horrific results. I had a nose so badly broken, I couldn't breathe through one nostril for YEARS and Dr Perro fixed it up and I don't even have the smallest scar! Kristy, his second in command, is so sweet and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions and get me any paperwork i needed for my job.Even when i had an unexpected complication from the surgery, I could call the office and they made sure to see me THAT DAY and took excellent care of me. They made sure that I was comfortable and in little to no pain for the whole experience. I know that they mostly do cosmetic procedures, but Dr Perro was great for my functional surgery as well. I would highly recommend them to people who need a broken nose fixed up. The whole staff was kind and thoughtful and honestly, their pricing is extremely reasonable for such delicate and professional work.
