First of all, I need to preface this review with letting you all know that I do not consider myself an easy patient. Secondly, I base my choice on results and patient experiences. Results do not lie and neither do patients. Third, I also know that this is one area that I do not want to receive a bargain price for, so price (within reason) was not part of my consideration. Lastly, as a registered nurse who is also in the cosmetics industry, I knew better than to look just in the Houston area. So for my research, I looked in Columbia and Miami, as well as the Monterey/Carmel area.When I tell you that I looked all over, and couldnt believe that I found someone right here at home, less than an hour away, that could provide me the results that I received, I wouldve never believed it. From the moment that I reached out to Avante Plastic Surgery, and received immediate communication from Katie, to having an initial consultation with Dr. Ahmadi, to preop, with Cat, to surgery then postop, and now five weeks out, the experience has been far more supreme than I couldve expected.I was pretty anxious in the pre-op room, Dr. Ahmadi, put his hand on my arm and said, dont worry, Ive been doing this for 20 years and Im going to take care of you. I promise. The whole time before going into the surgery suite, Cat was reassuring me that it was ok that I was anxious and it was totally normal, they worked the entire time to make sure I felt safe and comforted. As soon as surgery was over, I woke up to Cats smiling face telling me, its over and you did just fine. And, even after surgery, Cat has been available via email, cell phone and I may have texted her over the weekend as well. And I also cant confirm that I may have needed instructions given to me a few more times as I might have been hardheaded.Now that I am five weeks out, I can fully and confidently say that this is the absolute best choice I couldve made in a physician and his team. The follow up has been world class. Katie and Cat, as well as the front office staff have been responsive to every question I have had. Dr. Ahmadi even had to get on to me in the beginning because I was too active. In his words, he was speaking firmly, and anyone in the healthcare industry knows that nurses make the worst patients. I also know, that that means he truly cares about his work and has a passion for what he does. Its not just about the money for him, its about changing lives and making an impact in a way that very few can.I encourage you to do your research, look at the results of your physician and look for the experiences of the patients being treated. In the end, I would do it all over again, I would choose Dr. Ahmadi and his team again and I have referred everyone I know that is interested to come get a consultation. Very Happy with the results! I have wanted a hair transplant for a long time so I researched this for 2 years. Very professional doctor and friendly staff made me at ease - I was nervous at first. They had the latest technology I had researched - I was cautiously optimistic but moved forward. When I made the decision to get surgery to reduce the fat around my midsection and improve my appearance I did tons of research. Most places I found recommended having liposuction or a tummy tuck only if a person is close to their ideal weight. However I was not at that point yet. Then I found Avante Plastic Surgery which offers a procedure called Lipotuck for people just like me. I went to the consultation and was surprised that I was actually a candidate for Lipotuck. What was even more surprising was how affordable it is! Other women I have spoken to who have had a tummy tuck at other places paid nearly as much for one procedure as I did for both liposuction and abdominoplasty. And their results weren't near as good as mine from the lipotec procedure performed by Dr. Ahmadi. He took great care in sculpting and contouring my body in a way I never imagined possible. I am so happy with the results! I get tons of compliments from my friends and coworkers. All of the girls at Avante plastic surgery are amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. They provided tons of support and information and plenty of instructions to make the procedure more comfortable and successful. I definitely recommend going to Avante before anywhere else.

Lipotuck was one of the best decisions I have made! I waited and researched doctors in the area and Dr. Ahmadi met my expectations hands down. Dr. Ahmadi as well as his entire staff have been nothing short of AMAZING! I was terrified to have this surgery even though I had two c-sections. My anxiety was through the roof and Dr. Ahmadi and his staff totally but my mind at ease and answered every question I had. I am now 9 weeks post op and my results are absolutely jaw dropping. I have curves I hadnt seen since college and my waist line POW! Not to mention my husband is totally mesmerized even more than before. My surgery was great I literally felt no pain after only discomfort with the swelling and having to lay on my back for a while and I was off meds day three. Some days were challenging especially if your use to bring on the go as I was. You will have to take it easy, follow directions and rest. Dr Ahmadi and his staff will tell you exactly what to do just make sure you listen and youll be fine. I couldnt be more happy with my results Dr. Ahmadi is amazing with his hands and his work is superb. If your looking to have lipotuck or any work I highly recommend Dr. Ahmadi if I could give more stars I would!
