I would like to take this opportunity to write about my experience today at Bayview Plastic Surgery. I was greeted very professionally by Blanca Contreras, she was so informative about the office CoViD policy. I felt safe and comfortable, it is so refreshing to know that even before i was a patient she made me feel very confident . I was able to ask her questions about a procedure and Blanca was nothing but kind and patient with me . Blanca took her time in explaining the process and how much this would cost me . Even as Blanca answered a call , she was very courteous to me and came back to explain everything. Even though I had numerous questions , she was well prepared and very qualified to help me . As I waited , I was completely at ease in this beautiful office , it was cool and homely . This was just a first impression, and it was perfect . I am confident that my procedure will be smooth and I know Blanca will be following up . I highly recommend Bayview Plastic Surgery !

Highly recommend Dr. Rich! Dr. Rich, Blanca, Nereida are the best!. They made sure I understood all the details of my surgical processes and recovery. I was so extremely nervous at the beginning, but their reassurance made me feel so much better. Everyone in the office is always so sweet and caring, always greeted with a smile. They make you feel right at home. The fact that they have an all Woman staff helped ease my anxiety too. The surgical procedure was done right in the office, NO HOSPITAL! If you want an experienced and excellent Doctor you can trust Dr Rich is the one. Ive been happy with everything shes done. I had my implants replaced with smaller implants and a lift. Its been 3 years and they are absolutely perfect! Anytime Im thinking about any type of cosmetic surgery I go to Dr Rich because I totally trust her with all my cosmetic needs.

I consulted with Dr RIch for a surgery. i was basically under duress to pay by that Friday to save some money (who wouldn't want to save money especially today). Dr Rich had poor bedside manner but I really wanted the surgery so I went against my instincts. I requested cancellation and refund 37 days prior to surgery as our financial situation was at stake for my husbands company declared bankruptcy. I was so emotionally stressed and knew surgery at this time was not in the cards. I relayed these concerns and was told bluntly 'no refunds' when asked why I was told it was in the contract, as they conveniently left out during the pressuring of 'paying now!!'. I continued to press for anything they could make an exception for but I was told I was 'inconveniencing the Dr RIch' (despite the early cancel AND filling my original surgery date.) I was told over and over I would not get any refund. The I was told I would get some minus 20% so she charged me for surgery she did not even do and the 'free consult' turned out to be the worst mistake I made trusting her. She did not order supplies and clearly filled the date so she did NOT lose money that day. From research I have found this is her modus operandi. She regularly charges client for surgeries not performed and the ones she does she hack jobs them and then charges more for corrections. Every other surgeon in the region stated if the patient cancels for any reason 2 weeks before they get a full refund (minus the consult (if applied) which at most was $100). Her nurse then tried to dupe me in telling me any other surgeon would keep all the money too BUT I called around to find that was a flat out lie! So here you have a surgeon who is charging for surgeries not performed, she pocketed my money and has no intention of refunding the full amount while having her staff lie stating its standard practice. Bottom line, she is charging me for a surgery I 'inconveniently' cancelled due to financial changes and mental worries I could not do surgery at this time (this was not 'good enough' for the medical cancellation exemption). She's a thief and I know people who don't speak up because they are afraid she would cancel their check and/or fear of losing all their money so they are bullied into a surgery they were not ready for.

I felt VERYYYYY comfortable with Dr. Rich and her staff was absolutely AMAZING. I just went in for a consultation but end up paying for my surgery in full and I'm scheduled for surgery next week. I went to several doctors and she was the most affordable. I'm very happy to see my results. Ill keep you all post :)

Dr.Rich was wonderful!! I had visited with two other PS and when I met Dr.Rich I immediately knew she was the one I would trust with my first PS procedure. I love my results. I love and am very grateful that her form of practice is very clean and safe. I had no infection which is priority to me and amazingly I had NO pain.
