One of the most judge mental medical providers I have ever been to. People in the office will not get back to you. Doctor Markeson showed no compassion, even after giving him the benefit of a doubt and going back multiple times. I never write reviews, but felt so strongly about how terrible I was treated.

This small city doctor is the best primary care I have ever seen. He listens and believes everything I say to him. He comes up with helpful treatment plans. On top of his excellent service, he is easy to get into on short notice (a huge plus for me as I've been dealing with urgent medical problem after urgent medical problem lately) and his team is incredible. His front desk knows me just by my voice, they remember what I've been seen for and take notes very well. They relay messages properly to the Dr. and get back to me promptly. I am very impressed by everything I've seen from Brigham Internal Medicine Clinic and John Markenson. I don't fall into the cracks because of the sheer massive number of patients like normal multi-doctor clinics. I get more than 5 minutes with him when I need it and I feel really lucky to have found him. He's simply the best!

Not hard to get an appointment with. But his follow up on test results and getting them to call in orders for medical equipment etc. Is the worst I have ever seen. I plan on taking my mother somewhere , it's just not worth dealing with his office.
