I had a gnarly sinus infection that had gone wild and undiagnosed by my primary care doctor. After winding up in the emergency room, I was told to contact Dr. Major. He and his PAs were great. I got into surgery quickly, they were very attentive and worked with my finances and lack of insurance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Literally the worst office staff I have ever encountered! THE WORST! They have absolutely zero concept of time and/or any type of consideration for others and their time. My husband waited for an hour the first time and was never even sent to a patient room before he had to go. The second time (his reschedule) he called in advance and they assured him they were running on time. Yet he sat again for an additional 45 minutes without even being acknowledged. I have now been double billed and have had to fight them every step of the way. Its a good thing he is a good Dr and his PA is wonderful! Unfortunately that only gets you so far!

My appointment was scheduled for Dr Major. I called twice to conform it was with Major cause I was traveling a distances to see only him. I didnt want to see the want a be lady assistant. So I arrived and later called back to a room. Well it wasn't Major it was the assistant I had seen before several years prior that was very rude and cut you off when speaking. Lets say the appointment did not go well at all she is very rude and no help. So when you make an appointment with Major you might see him you might not. I even had a referral from my doctor for MAJOR.

We were treated very well by the PA Holly. However I am very disappointed to learn that I have to pay another $40.00 copay for my follow up visit. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Was 'consulted' how much the surgery was. That was only HALF the total cost in the long run as the MANY follow ups that took place were also billed as individual appointments. PA 'counseling' appointment was another $270. Very deceitful practice. Still receiving bills months later. Received an infection...you guessed it... More visits that are billed.
