Very easy to get an appointment, receptionist called back and was able to schedule my son the day I called (I wasn't ready at that time). My son saw Dr. Root and really liked him, said 'he's real chill, like someone I could talk to' - that's important for a 16 year old. My impression, competent clinical skills and current on medical trends.

July 2nd 2020 l went to emergency completely dehydrated puking pooping not eating or drinking( the right stuff) my body finally shut down. DR. OTT Ran many test,ultra sound and mri and blood panel. Had a sinus infection and lower intestinal infection as well. After an iv ,and a antibiotics l was sent home. 2 days later l began to eat and hydrate, l hadn't felt this good in 4yrs! Then on6/6/2020 MY PRIMARY,DR HOLLINGSHEAD did a follow up and again on 6/19/2020 another. I own a masnry company and have been working hard whistling zipidy doo daa for 14 days straight. Thanks.

Ive left my Doctors assistant 6 different voicemails from the period of December 27th 2018, to January 15th 2020 regarding my prescription refills and I STILL havent even gotten a phone call back in return. This place is ridiculous.

My family and I moved to Kanab about six months ago. I called to set up an new patient appointment and for her to have a primary care physician here in Kanab. They refused to see her because she has had stroke symptoms in the past. All I wanted was a referral to see a neurologist. They refused to see her, we had to go to a clinic in Cedar city in order for her to get a referral to see a neurologist. The only help they could offer in Kanab was to tell me to go to the ER, even though we were currently not experiencing an emergency.

I took my mother to the Clinic and they were AMAZING with her!!! The two front desk ladies were so sweet to her and made her feel VERY COMFORTABLE. We waited about 10 or so minutes. We seen Dr. Hollingshead and he was AMAZING! I love that man!! He took care of my mom and answered ALL her questions and spent the time she needed. Maybe if others are waiting 40 minutes it is because Dr. Hollingshead CARES about his patients and spends the time they need. I am calling again today to make another appointment for her! I wish we had them in my town.

No simpathy from front desk staff and told they don't handle walk in appointments. That's fine, but I've walked in before and been seen. And this was borderline rude. Unfortunate that this is the only doctor office in the area. Come back tomorrow. That's fine but you won't have a happy patient.

We were 10 minutes late to our appointment due to a flat tire. Was told we would have to reschedule for another day! Next appointment we waited 40 minutes past our appointment time. Ridiculous that we had to reschedule and wait for so long. We could have been seen the first time because obviously they push appointments. So mad!

Dr Clint dowse is a great Dr. I went in for a visit today and I was a little bit nervous but he made everything ok. I however dislike the front desk staff.
