I don't know why their are reviews about needing money upfront. I go there monthly and have never had to prepay to make an appointment. Everyone has always taken such good care of me and I get compliments on my skin all the time. The staff is very caring and easy to reach. It is my favorite place to go and Dr. Silkey even found that my body wasn't getting enough of certain vitamins and hormones to keep my energy level up when I mentioned feeling tired constantly. I had spent over $1,000 at University clinic on blood work, x-rays, and ultrasounds to be told nothing was wrong, after she ran my blood work that wasn't the case. I needed more vitamin D, B12 and testerone. This adjustment saved me! Can't recommend her Leigh and Rochelle enough.

Leigh is absolutely amazing!!! Not only is she highly skilled at her job, but she really put me at ease and was so friendly every time I was there. The front desk staff are all lovely people, too!! I highly recommend only seeing Leigh if youre thinking of doing laser hair removal!!

Never done laser hair removal before and had a major family life change happen. Mid life crisis was cleaning up my bikini area because I'm so tired of shaving it. Banana hammocks look a lot better when the field is freshly mowed. I was nervous during the initial setup and the first time I went in, never really hear about guys getting this work done, but the ladies were able to help cut that anxiety quick with fun conversations, jokes, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms where the work is done are spacious, cozy, and private. You're given time to get undressed and covered before coming in the administer the laser pain. Oh, did I mention the laser hurts? Well, it does and is part of the awesome experience. Anytime it gets super intense I laugh. I laugh loud and hard, probably making other people wonder if I'm actually getting zapped. Anyway, Leigh does an wonderful job of pausing when it gets to that point. She is a great conversationalist and treats the laser wand like a paint brush.

I have absolutely loved my experience at Dr SilkeySkinMD. I started seeing Leigh (master esthetician) for facial hair removal (chin and lip area) due to having lots of ingrown hairs in that area. Originally I went in for a facial but realized that it was more of an ingrown hair issue than acne. Leigh has been incredibly professional, lovely, nice, and very sweet! I just finished my fifth session and have noticed such a change in my face. I've already booked appointments to get my underarms and legs done!It is my personal opinion that the lasering does not hurt. It 'burns' sometimes but it is so worth it.

I'm a guy who never knew or even tried taking care of my skin. Despite being self-conscious since high school (now 33) I just dealt with it because 'I'm a dude.'This past year I decided to make some changes. To invest in taking care of myself, primarily my mental and physical health. Part of that included my skin, tired of thinking 'ew' everytime I looked in a mirror.Now they says to be happy in your own skin, but that should be followed by: 'so take good care of it.'Kinda hard to do though when you don't know how or where to start. I think my knowledge started with 'lotion good' and 'dirt bad'.I needed help and luckily in my search, I found and called Silkey Skin MD. I made an appointment and showed up that first time a bit embarrassed about what I thought of as 'beauty treatment.'From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable...By Janna the receptionist (you know those folks you come across that are truly happy? She's like that).Then even more so by Leigh during my consultation. I explained what I wanted along with my concerns/ignorance. Kind and understanding throughout, after finding out my needs, she explained and presented a plan of action in a way I understood.Start to finish, it was clear she knew and loved what she did, as well as a genuine desire to help me. It wasn't hard to say yes to her proposed treatment.I remember leaving with a feeling of relief, thinking 'I'm really going to get this fixed.' Might sound silly, but it felt good.I've now been a handful of times, Leigh's plan did work better than I thought possible. The other staff I've met (Cay and Sadie) made it clear they love their job and care about their customers.Every visit always felt personal, and it should be, though so rarely is. Truly, thank you all. Gotta say its a nice change to now look in the mirror and think: 'Well hello there you handsome devil.'So my fellow dudes... Call it what you want; beauty treatment, masculine mc'face stuff, etc. It's worth finding the reason I often ask myself: 'Why did I wait so long?'

I have been into see Leigh several times for all different things! She is absolutely the best, she always makes me feel so comfortable when I come in! I always look forward to seeing her, but I have to say the best thing I have done is cool sculpt!!! It has changed my stomach dramatically and definitely has given me a self confidence booster! After having my baby my stomach and skin was just not the same and I was always self conscious about it!! There is no down time at all and thats why I love it! I have been had six treatments over a two year period at SilkeySkin. I had previously visited two other laser treatment centers for broken facial capillaries and was unhappy with the results. Leigh was able to remove all traces with the first IPL treatment. I believe SilkeySkin has better or more modern laser machines and this made all the difference removing red spots from my face. I've returned for touch ups because the IPL treatments also make a huge difference in vanishing the brown blotchy pigments that tend to recur on my face. The laser hair removal spot treatments I've had done at SilkeySkin were also much more effective than the previous treatment center I had been going to. Leigh is always so enthusiastic and friendly; she keeps me preoccupied so I don't focus on the laser (and I am the biggest flincher you've ever seen). The other nice thing abut SilkeySkin is the tranquil garden setting which puts you in a relaxed mood. I don't live in Kaysville, but I will continue to drive there for any of my cosmetic needs.

They did some kind of procedure for eye bags. For a lot of money. I forgot the name of it. Under eye was swollen after the procedure. The area looked good while swollen so I thought maybe it was working but the next day the swelling went away and a very deep wrinkle appeared. My whole face looked worse and i looked older. The eye bags were, and are still there. Zero result! I researched on the internet and found out the only procedure to get rid of eye bags is surgery. She should have known it. Not scrupulous people.

Silky Skin was my first experience with taking care of my skin outside walls of my own home. The staff, particularly Leigh, answered every question or concern I had completely and clearly. Rochelle is the most skilled nurse injector/clinician I have worked with and I've had experience with several so I'm able to honestly compare! Her knowledge and confidence in her skills immediately make you feel at ease an trust she absolutely knows what she is doing! She has such an artistic eye and not everyone has that! Rochelle offers and educates you about the treatments that are right for you and your budget/lifestyle. Her main goal is to make you beyond happy with your results and will do what it takes to get it right. I've never felt like I was being used to make money by being pressured into 'extra' services like I have experienced at other establishments. Stop thinking about it and just go see Rochelle! She truly does have the 'magic touch'!!

Love, love, love Dr. Silky's clinic, the prices are great, the conditions are excellent and the staff is the best. Very friendly and they go above and beyond to help you feel your best. I visited 2 other places for cool sculpting first and they didn't hold a candle to Dr. Silky's office. I have had cool sculpting done and skin care and I love my results. I needed to take a moment and write a review for Dr. Silkey and her amazing Staff at Silkey Skin MD. I began visits with Rochelle about 6 months ago. I was turning 40! I had dedicated myself to a healthy mind and body several years ago, and wanted to take it a step further to begin taking better care of my skin. I had never really had a skin care regime and I didn't protect myself from the sun! I wish I could post my before photo and current photo, but you wouldn't believe the results I've seen from the services and products I've received! Rochelle really listened to my concerns and goals and has nothing less than perfected what I wanted. Their prices are so comparable and MORE than worth it! Several visits in, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Silkey...who was extremely genuine and kind. I really feel like I am part of a family there. I am quite certain that everyone who walks into their charming office is treated like gold, just as I was...with the utmost care and concern. And, before you walk in, take a moment to enjoy the breathtaking landscaping and views of the property, it's gorgeous and serene!

GOOGLE REFUSES TO UPDATE THE STATS ON THIS BUSINESS REGARDLESS THAT IT HAS 2 OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS GOOGLE STILL GIVES IT A 5 STAR RATING- SCAM ALERT! Wanted $75 payment within 1st 3 minutes of my phone call to make an appointment for a consultation! Claimed it was necessary to book the appointment for that treatment even though I wasn't even sure if I was going to do the treatment and just wanted counseling on it before making any decisions as any normal person would want to do with a procedure like this. Unbelievable, these people are con artists, I'm regretting they have my freaking address, phone number and bday in their system, wouldn't even talk to me without giving it to them. I wish I gave them fake info because I'm sure they are total degenerate con artists there. Every reputable establishment that preforms services like these gives you a free consultation except for these guys. It's a con!

I am so excited that I finally found such a great doctor. I am 33 years old and had to have a full hysterectomy at age 31. After my hysterectomy my hormones went crazy. I struggled with depression, anxiety, weight gain, memory loss, low energy levels and hot flashes. It has taken me over 2 years and 4 doctors to finally feel like I have balanced my hormones. From the moment I stepped into her office I felt like everyone really cared about my heath and making me feel better. She had so many options to help with my problems. I like that many of the options are natural and not all prescription drugs. I feel so much better since I have started taking the vitamins and minerals she recomended. I don't know how I would function without bioidentical hormones. I have tried every kind of hormone from pills, cream and troches and the pellet hormones are my favorite. They keep my hormone levels right where they need to be and I don't have huge mood swings. The procedure is fairly painless all you feel is a little shot when they make you numb. Dr. Silkey was also able to help me with my acne and my skin looks better than ever. I am so grateful to finally feel like me again. I would recommend their office to anyone that suffers with hormone or skin issues.
