Ok I am kinda upset at this moment. So I am going to try and do this nicely. My wife has a spot on her forhead. She was referred to Dr. Emory buy the Richlands clinic. We were told at the time of the referral that they accepted her insurance. So we went to the consultation on April 15th. So it took a month from the referral to the appointment for the consultation. That was not a problem. When we arrived at the office on the 15th. My wife gave them her insurance information. The procedure was set for July the 9th at 11am today. That was not the problem. The day before the procedure my wife received a phone call asking if she could be there at 8am instead of 11am. We could not do that. That wasn't a problem either. On our way to the appointment. We received a phone call at 10am. Informing us that they did not accept our insurance. Here's the problem. They had over 3 months to realize they did not accept our insurance. But waited until 1 hour before her surgery. To contact her. How extremely unprofessional. The person that contacted her was very unprofessional as well. So with this all being said please beware. What else are they unprofessional about. Just saying.
