You are respectful and knowledgeable and I appreciate all you have done for me.My friends and I all see Dr. Chance and absolutely love her and our first-rate results! She always takes time to talk about any concerns and answers all of my questions and has even talked me out of procedures that I didn't need! There's not another Plastic Surgeon out there like Dr. Chance- she's one in 7 billion!

Appt at 11. Paperwork ahead of time says be at the office 30 minutes prior to appt time. Being punctual, I arrived at 10:30. Checked in and a nurse came into the waiting room at 10:35 to take me back for height, weight, blood pressure, etc. At 10:40 the nurse was finished with all the preliminary stuff and said the doctor will be in shortly to see you. At 11:40, yes, one hour later after nothing but three walls and a window, I left the room and asked for a refund of my $150. That is the charge for an initial consultation. During my hour in the room not one time did anyone enter the room to say they were running behind schedule or ask if I needed anything. An entire hour! How does that happen? I couldnt sleep at night if I treated others like that! Completely unsatisfactory. There were plenty of nurses/office personnel in the area at that time. How can anyone be that rude or inconsiderate? An hour and a half of my life I will never get back.

Very wonderful surgeon. I had an eyelid lift. She and the whole staff are warm and friendly. Made me feel so comfortable. They are very organized and detailed, so follow your instructions before and after and you should be fine. I highly recommend.

I have such trust in Dr Chance. I have been a patient of her for years -- first starting with botox and filler treatments and recently for surgery for my eyelids and neck. She is a genius! Her skill with both injectable fillers, botox treatments are the best in this town - hands down. And my husband feels like I look 15 years younger after my lids and lower face/necklift. When my doctor had quickly left the practice (under strange circumstances), my friend suggested I see Dr Elizabeth Chance. First, her office is beautiful and staff courteous and knowledgeable. She is so engaging - her techniques are current and as both a plastic surgeon and frankly an artist, I felt like I was in excellent hands. Best botox I've had in 20 years (and a lower amount that I had previously been using). Her cheek and jawline filler she performed took 5-10 years off of my face. She was the first to really delve in and talk to me about skincare. She CARES. Really cares. And you can tell it immediately. I give her my highest recommendation.
