I took my 11 yr. old daughter yesterday to have 3 teeth extracted. Dr. Kesecker and his staff did an amazing job. They were very good at helping my daughter feel comfortable, and helping her to work through her anxiety over having these teeth removed. They were also very quick which allowed us the ability to get in and out in a very timely manner! This was a very good experience and I would recommend them to others for oral surgery needs!

EXCELLENT and caring staff and doctor! Was more or less an emergency visit secondary to a broken tooth. Referral made by my dentist and was seen the next day to have that tooth extracted. I cannot say enough positive comments about this staff and doctor! They went beyond my expectations! Left the office more calm than when I went in. And pain free!!

Dr. Kesecker is the best!! I called in hoping for an emergency appointment due to severe pain from a tooth that had been extracted while I was traveling for work. The receptionist told me to head in immediately and the doctor would work me into his schedule. A quick and painless 30 minute appointment left me feeling much better. Very efficient and friendly staff. No complications! Very professional office! I will be recommending this office to everyone I know.

My experience was beyond what I imagined! Dr. Ramsey and his team went above and beyond making sure my surgery for 4 wisdom teeth and diastema removal was fearless. Going in I had high anxiety of all the stories heard regarding getting wisdom teeth pulled. I went by post-care orders on day 1. To my surprise on day 2 there was NO swelling or pain which allowed me to slowly incorporate regular foods into my diet! Wow! I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey and his team!

From the moment we entered the office we were treated with kindness and respect. Smiling faces at the front desk, coffee and hot cocoa in the waiting area---just a warm, welcoming office. The day of surgery, my wife & I were kept informed throughout the entire surgery of each child, and we left with a care package that had everything we should need during post op leading to a quick recovery for both kids. Staff is very nice! I had 11 of my teeth extracted all in one procedure by Dr. Whitney, I fully expected to be in complete misery after the procedure was over, but to my great surprise I was in very little pain! Everything in the procedure went fantastic and I believe was done in as fast an amount as was possible. I had a follow up visit just this morning 8 days after my extractions and thanks to the good work and instruction of how to take care of my mouth afterward I got a great report from Dr. Whitney. I would highly recommend Legacy Surgery.

Wow! Someone who really LISTENS! Yes, I had a weird thing going on (old wisdom teeth roots left in) and had been to several other dentists. Nobody would listen! I finally did find one to refer me to Dr Ramsey and he had the problem diagnosed and taken care of in no time. Great staff. Super clean. Competent. I highly recommend.

It was a 5 star for the wisdom teeth removal per Dr. Whitney, BUT..... I was in network with my insurance and approx 1 month later I received a bill for 750.00. I was making monthly payments and come across my insurance statementand according to that I was only supposed to pay 40.00, so I called my insurance company and they clearly stated that I was not to be paying the 750.00. I called the office and the young lady that helped me was like ummmm let me check, placed on hold and then another young lady came on to the phone and said May I help you? I explained everything to her, now for the 2nd time. She said ummm yea so that was a mistake and you will get a refund of what you paid and those checks usually go out towards the end of month (March) it is now 4/9 and no check. I would think that whoever works with insurance companies would know this, but I wonder how many more are out there that they are charging when the insurance actually paid them. Where is the professionalism that used to be in this office??
