Ive received numerous procedures and have always been extremely happy with my results. I would recommend better screening of hiring staff as I found out one of their employees went into my medical records and disclosed my personal information to people it should not have been disclosed. Per the office manager the employee was reprimanded and let go, but that was it. I understand it wasnt their fault, but at least compensate or offer something due to humiliation caused by their own employee. Due to that experience, I will not return as I do not trust their staff will be confidential with my records.

This doctor care only about money, they will be so nice until you give them your money and then if youre surgery goes wrong and u become unsatisfied you have to look for someone else to fix ur issue because whey will avoid you and they will never fix what they has ben done to u

If I could give less than one star I would. After hearing raves about Dr Bitar, I decided to get my brow lift done by him and it is been a nightmare ever since. He ruined my face. My forehead was so swollen that I looked like an alien. When I went for follow up, the nurse (Pat) looked at me and her jaw dropped. That was when I knew something wasn't right. Dr. Bitar was on vacation so Pat took some pictures of my eyebrow and emailed them to him. After few weeks I was still swollen and also unable to raise my eyebrow. When I called his office, they told me to come back and have him see me. He told me that everything is going according to the plan and I should follow up with him in few weeks. My face was so swollen even after 1 year that, I couldn't even attend my son's graduation. I had to hide myself from everyone. Dr. Bitar made me take other test to assess the extent of the damage. I ended up going to him for year and a half for follow ups and each visit he said to wait, the nerve will regenerate 'You will look ok again'. When I told him these procedure seems to be a nightmare ever since he touched my face, he reached out to me and promised to take care of me. After one and half year of follow ups, since I still wasn't able to raise my eyebrow, he started giving up hope and told me start praying so the nerve will come back (Yes, he disfigured my face). He then sent me to another plastic surgeon for a second opinion. Now three years after my original surgery , I have gone thru five reconstructive surgery to make eyebrow semi normal looking again . Even to this date , I can't raise my eyebrow. When I asked for some reimbursement, I received nothing but a cold shoulder. Beware of this money hungry, reckless, harmful, unskilled person that unfortunately has a license!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!
