Deserve 0 stars! Had to cancel surgery and told i could use $800 deposit on future procedures any time in future. Huge lie!! They simply kept my $800

If I could give no stars I would. I recently had an appointment to discuss a breast reduction. At the appt, I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover the surgery because there wouldn't be enough tissue taken off to qualify for coverage. Well, I wanted to do my own research so I did and two people from my insurance said that if my chiropractor authorizes that it's 'medically necessary' I would have insurance coverage for the procedure. When I called the receptionist to tell her the good news. She transferred me to the woman who handles insurance/billing and this woman yelled, 'You aren't understanding this!' She proceeded to explain how MY insurance coverage works and that I was wrong. I repeated to her that I actually spoke to my insurance. She treated me as if I'm incompetent. I have worked as a receptionist in a Doctor's office.... That's not how you talk to potential clients LOL. Anyway, I called my insurance again and they, like me, don't understand why this Doctor's office feels confident in explaining to me what coverage I get. THANK U, NEXT. I'll get my surgery elsewhere and I recommend everyone else do the same.

Both of front desk Reps are so mean They did not say hi or thank you after I paid for my surgery. They look like they hate to work there. They had no smile each 3 times Iwas there. Very unfriendly and unpleasent. Stepanie ( Nurse ) is very nice and friendly. Doctor Lambert is nice.
