After a brief, hasty exam, the optometrist prescribed new glasses. I selected frame and went back numerous times to have them adjusted. Finally the office manager changed the nose piece, but then discovered the glasses were too strong. So, they wanted to schedule a new 3xam and suggested new frames. No apologies, and 9f course meant more $$$. I will never return.

I originally found BG Vision out of a desire to shop locally and my insurance accepted them. We have left the area but continue to travel back because the STAFF and Drs. are all together FABULOUS and provide EXCELLENT service...and the selection of frames has always had 'the' one. Too bad I can only give 5 stars...

Unfortunately I am a dissatisfied patient. Services rendered at my scheduled appointment were generally good, I did not find myself impressed with my experience. The negative and dissapointing experience I encountered came after my visit when I called the office. Front office staff seemed to be lacking knowledge of the legality of my inquiry and I was treated poorly as a result. A particular front office staff member hung up on me while speaking. Our conversation was tense, however nothing out of the ordinary from common patient questions or concern regarding their patient rights. I chose to immediately report this situation and was told the doctor I had seen would be notified of my experience. I received no correspondence from the doctor, who the front staff informed me is also the owner of this very business. I did 't hear from anyone, at all. I certainly will not return to this office. I have reason to believe they simply don't care.
