I came to see Dr. Kolodychuk for my knee. He was rude and condescending-even rolled his eyes at me. He was really rude when he asked me to straighten my knee which I couldnt do-it was one of the reasons why I was there! I needed paperwork filled out to go back to work and he refused to do it. This guy doesnt care about his patients. I will not be returning.

My experience with Dr. Leonard Kolodychuk was a real nightmare. He's supposed to be an orthopedic surgeon and shoulder specialist. He insulted my intelligence when he said, 'Here let me draw you a cartoon'. Leonard Kolodychuk truly lends legitimacy to the medical joke - 'quack in a box'. His solution to my shoulder problems was, 'Take Ibuprofen'.Not only was Dr. Koldychuk wrong, but a more experienced, skilled, and competent physician repaired the clearly evident damage to my shoulder that Dr. Koldychuk negligently overlooked. I really dodged a bullet by avoiding this egomaniac.

Great office staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Lenard B. Kolodychukfriendly and explained things well. Answered questions with the pros and cons. Explained clearly. Also explained shoulder replacement surgery pros and cons without pushing one way or the other. Showed me x-ray's and explained problem area's clearly. Explained OTC medications and what was best for me to use as heart valve replacement patient. Overall a great experience. I have had some great Doctors over the last year and a half, and Dr. Lenard B. Kolodchuk added to that good list. I've got to admit that I went in with an attitude having read the comments and came away pleasantly surprised. He gave me referrals for PT and a cortisone shot. I walked away feeling good about the visit and the information I received.

He was rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. Parts of my hip have died, and he said he wouldn't treat me until my bone COLLAPSED. He also made many condescending comments. Never again will I see him, I am going to be driving a few hours to go see an orthopedic surgeon who actually knows what he's doing.

My consult was an extremely negative experience. My concerns were dismissed without explanation and I felt I was being a nuisance even though I had a fractured humerus. I left the office feeling bad and not at all reassured. I will be following up with a different Ortho Dr. I can't believe the Peacehealth website reviews are an accurate reflection of reviews given that they haven't posted my comments online.
