Amazing surgeon with an amazing staff. Everything was addressed in fine detail to me and I was taken care of like I was an immediate family member. I felt comfortable with my doctor and his staff. My surgery turned out wonderful and I was overly full of questions and concerns along the way, not feeling like I was a bother at all. The facilities were clean and orderly. I definantly recommend The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery!

I highly recommend this cosmetic surgery clinic! I saw Lead Master Aesthetician Sara Johnson for a consultation and quote to remove a botched tattoo, and she was so kind to me! It really meant a lot during a hard time. She empathized with me, and made me feel heard and understood. She never rushed me, even as I blathered on about the traumatic experience that brought me there. And she worked up a reasonable, professional quote for me which she explained in detail.She was also incredibly knowledgeable about laser tattoo removal, and a skilled operator of the Q laser. I suspect she's also quite well-versed in things like laser hair and scar removal, dermabrasion, and a myriad of other cosmetic procedures & treatments. This clinic also hosts two MDs, and has two surgical suites onsite. They aim to be a one-stop shop for all your desired cosmetic procedures, and they really hit the mark. Once I've dealt w/my current issue it's likely I'll return for botox, fillers, or dermabrasion at some point. They have an expansive and beautifully decorated suite in the 3500 building on 188th St in Lynnwood. You can tell a lot of thought went into decor and ambiance, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The feel is modern and relaxed. You won't fill out any paperwork here! Patient forms are done on a tablet, and the layout of them is super fast and easy to understand and navigate. It's also apparent that every office staff member is trained in customer/patient service at the very highest level. Always a smile. Always a kind word. Always an explanation if you don't understand something. They even have a cooler of refreshments, with cookies and snacks on top in a covered plexi-glass case. Free to anyone who is a patient. Things like Voss water, CapriSun, and gourmet muffins. Awesome, bc you may not have eaten or drank anything for 8 hrs before coming in on your procedure day, and having a snack and means of rehydration to grab on your way out is helpful. I have had many cosmetic procedures, and I can tell you that when you come out, sometimes in a pretty significant amount of pain, these kindnesses, accommodations, and small touches matter. Parking is free and easy. 5 stars. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Jonov truly has the 'A Team' for cosmetic surgery. Every detail of my treatment was anticipated and handled beautifully. All the options for a breast augmentation were discussed, and I was able to make an informed decision about how to achieve my goal. I was very anxious about having surgery, and the staff helped to ensure my comfort in every way, explaining what to expect. I fell asleep peacefully and woke up with a dream come true! The nurse, Samantha, was phenomenal, I appreciated her so much with her wonderful, encouraging care of me on surgery day. Thank you to all the staff who made this such a smooth experience! I am considered 'thin' and wanted a solution for my 'flat butt' and other plastic surgeons said I didn't have enough fat to transfer to my butt with the brazilian butt lift procedure. My procedure was great, but the office is disorganized. The night before they forgot my antibacterial soap that is needed to clean the area before surgery. I love my results, but the staff is not reliable. they are so unprofessional, and disorganized I felt uncomfortable. They don't know how to use the computers, don't know what time appointments are, can't tell me what medication I should use, and suggested the wrong product multiple times. I was hesitant to write a 3 star review because the doctor was great, but the staff could step their game up in customer service. But hey.. The results are what matter right? For how many thousands of dollars I spent, I would like to have great service, and great results, but maybe I just have too high of expectations. I would like less confusion on my visits, for the strange customer service skills have been enough to worry me a few times. Again.. The doctor is great! He needs to clean house on the staff though. I could fake it and start today with no training, and do a better job than the current team.

A friend suggested that I look into the Gallery after I had skin cancer surgery. Dr. Jonov closed a rather large incision on my face. He was very approachable and informative. I haven't had much surgery in my life, and am really sensitive. The closure was as calm as it could be, considering my nerves. His staff are incredible, warm, friendly and kind. Wow what an amazing experience!I totally love the team of people here! They were all so helpful and friendly. At the ripe old age of 50 I decided it was time for my breasts to be larger than my rib cage, so I made the call to see if my dream of having a rounded out figure could come to fruition. The first call was hard because I did not want to waste peoples time if the cost was going to be too high. After chatting with the business manager at great length (so easy to talk to buy the way) I decided to come in for a consultation. Oh my gosh so fun I must have tried on 15 sizes of implants (if you do this wear a tighter shirt so you can get a better feel for the end result)!I then chatted with the doctor and told him that I did not want to be like Dolly Parton (no offense intended to Dolly) but just wanted to look like I had a chest. Once decided, surgery was scheduled. Then I got a little bit of cold feet about the size, so they let me come back in and try on my new boobs again just to make sure they were the right size and look. This team is so caring ALL through the experience BEFORE and AFTER! You are not just put on a back burner after your surgery, they have a fantastic care plan and if you follow the doctors direction minimal to NO pain! I am so happy with my new look and I look how I think I was supposed to look all along! I love these guys and I love my new boobs!All kidding aside, this is a very caring and informed group of professionals and I would definitely go back to them if I were to want or need any more services
