Dr Jones is the best Gastroenterologist in the area. I have seen him for many years with all of my many gastric issues. He explains things to me in a way that I can understand without making me feel like a hypochondriac if I ask him about something. He never talks down to me or makes me feel foolish. He is very personable and genuinely cares about his patients and does absolutely everything he can to figure out what the problem is. The best part is, he loves his job and his patients, and it shows. Thanks Dr. Jones for all you do.

Dr. Jones was everything I was hoping for and more. He spent a lot of time examining me, taking my history, and then explaining exactly what he thought I had in a way that was very easily understood. He answered all of my and my husband's questions patiently and thoroughly. He has a wonderful bedside manner and puts you at ease immediately. I was also very impressed with the fact that he actually took into consideration something that I had found on the internet, did some research into it, and then ordered a couple of tests based on what he found. It is a rare Dr. indeed who takes your internet research seriously and doesn't dismiss you as an idiot. I HIGHLY recommend!

This review speaks to Dr. Geoff Stiller and a cosmetic surgery review for Linea Cosmetic Surgery, Palouse Surgeon's Cosmetic Surgery Clinic.I had my breast augmentation surgery and everything went Amazing with Dr. Geoffrey Stiller, the cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Stiller did a wonderful job!!!! If I could, I would post a picture of my breast augmentation here, but obviously I cannot do that due to google regulations. lol. As a transgender MTF individual, I was very worried about what my results would look like. They look amazing and as natural as possible! Dr. Stiller truly does care about this patients and the way they look. He is there to help address all of your concerns, and even provides you with his personal cell phone number after surgery and asks you to call him anytime that you have the slightest concern. He is VERY precise with details and wants to do the best job possible for his patients while also remaining realistic about outcomes. I am very happy with the service I was provided by Gritman Medical Center, Dr. Stiller, Katie and his team! If you are transgender, I would definitely recommend Dr. Stiller for your cosmetic needs and definitely for a breast augmentation! They are very trans sensitive and fully celebrate you and respect you for living your truth. His nurse Katie is awesome and is very efficient in taking care of paperwork and insurance processes, etc. He is truly amazing and I do not think you will be disappointed. I recommend he and his team without hesitation!If you are not trans and are considering cosmetic surgery, I recommend him as well as he has done a lot of various cosmetic surgeries on individuals that are not trans, and has done great work!Thanks, Dr. Stiller and team! You have truly helped me to live more of my authentic self and make my life happier! I would recommend Palouse Surgeons and Dr. Stiller any day to anyone considering Cosmetic Surgery.

I had to stay in the hospital for 4 days and my Doctor was kept current on my condition, visited me daily and made sure I was improving. I also would like to thank the Gritman Medical Staff for the caring and profesional way I was treated.

INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. i traveled all the way from seattle to meet Dr. Stiller. at the consult both he and his assistant were warm and friendly. both i and my friend who travel with me liked them both very much. i was upfront that later in the process i would need a simple letter from the doctor to make this work. they agreed, saying they understood, and it would not be a problem. about a month later, via email, i requested the letter we'd discussed. his assistant, katie, gave me nothing but excuses. indeed, as warm and friendly as they were at the consult, they were as cold and mean spirited, after . 3 or 4 emails i sent were calm, and exceedingly gregarious, in an effort to solve the problem, (i was very interested in the surgery, mind you, and not looking to make anyone angry), the assistant's replies grew increasingly unprofessional and hostile, at one point she called me names. just to reiterate: all this was because i requested a simple letter i had informed them about at my consult. one that would have taken his assistant less than 5 minutes to compose, and the surgeon 5 seconds to sign. in spite of the assistant's hostility, i had hoped that talking directly to the surgeon himself, i might be able to resolve things. i sent an email calmly looking arrange a call to talk to the surgeon directly, at whatever time would work best for him, on or off hours.the assistant replied by telling me i was being discharged as a patient.... FOR WANTING TO TALK TO MY SURGEON. don't go here. it's not worth the time, effort or aggravation. if they are this unprofessional outside of the surgical room, one can only wonder how little professionalism they have inside it.

My experience with this clinic was excellent. I was having gastrointestinal issues and scheduled an appointment with Dennis Falen PA-C. I have another condition that I am open with (PTSD), and not long after gathering signs and symptoms, Dennis put together immediately what was likely causing my issues. We talked about medication and other procedures that would help rule out other possibilities. Due to my PTSD, it was hard to go through with my procedure that required sedation. Dennis understood this and didn't pressure me one way or another. He went so far as to call me up after hours to talk about what we can do, if a procedure was not something I could do. My father, who came to my appointment with me, and who is a retired hospital administrator and CEO, was very impressed with Dennis. I highly recommend him. I found Dr. Jones and team to be fantastic, too, once I was able to undergo a procedure (again, when I was able and ready to do it - no pressure). I tried to remain calm before hand, but with my PTSD, it was hard to do so, so the Anesthesiologist went out of his way medicate me so that we could calmly proceed. The nurses were very attentive - you can't turn down a warm blanket! Dr. Jones met with me before my procedure and after my procedure. The clinic called the next day to make sure I was alright. If you value your health, but also wish to be treated well while under a clinic's care, as well as understood as a person as it relates to your care, I urge you to consider making an appointment with Palouse Surgeons. I wasn't disappointed once, and I don't believe you will be either.
