The nurses there were beyond helpful! I had no option but to bring my daughter with me and my nurses held her and kept her from crying the whole time! Im not sure what my nurses name was but she was amazing and really made a tough situation work out.

I had to have some dental surgery, and was sent to Dr. Dhaliwal. From the first moment I walked in Kitsap OMS office in Silverdale I was impressed. The staff was amazingly attentive and concerned to make sure I was comfortable with all procedures. Dr. Dhaliwal was willing to answer all my questions to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen and explained I would need 2 surgeries. The day of the first surgery all precautions for my safety and well being were taken, and Dr. Dhaliwal was not only able to complete the first surgery, but found he could complete the entire procedure in one go so I did not need the 2nd surgery after all.I fully expected to have some pain, but it was absolutely minimal. The overall experience was so much better than I expected, and the people at Kitsap OMS were amazing. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Had a serious amount of pain today in my tooth. They were able to get me in with one hour notice. Great facility and great staff too. My insurance did not come up when they checked as it is new, so I will double check and then resubmit to hopefully get some credit. Otherwise the extraction was about a $1000 which was more than I was expecting. They let me pay half and I will pay the next half in a month. My guess is that the cost was so high because the put you under intravenously. I've never had that before and I'm 54. Tell you what though. It was awesome and felt no pain or anxiety. Very good impression of my experience. Thanks guys. Michael

Great job, had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Professional and prompt and the extraction was quick and clean. Would definitely go back here for any other dental surgery I hopefully dont need in the future!

This place is wonderful. They got me in short notice during this chaotic time with the virus going around. My tooth has been incredibly painful and they squeezed me in, despite their busy schedule to get me the help I needed. Everyone is very friendly and caring. My mom was seen by Dr. Sukhdeep Dhaliwal for some oral surgery and was very happy with her experience at the office in all regards. She particularly appreciated the personal phone call from Dr. Dhaliwal a few days after her surgery to check in on her, and also mentioned a few times how helpful and caring Dr. Dhaliwal's nurse/assistant in Poulsbo was for my mom's surgical procedure. The doctor and office's care and patience with my 83 year old mom is much appreciated. Thank you.

Receptionists were polite and helpful. We waited a short time for the procedure, patient was very nervous about procedure and hoped escort would be present during procedure, nurse that took patient back did nothing to help patient remain calm. Escort was put into room to watch videos and wait for patient to come back from the procedure without knowing where the patient was. Couldn't even see patient while they woke up. Patient was not offered any liquid to rinse mouth and was even ignored when requested escorts presence. Surgeon briefly came by escort room and stated patient would be ready in ten minutes. Waited twenty minutes and was told to go around back to pick up patient. Staff seemed rushed.

Since I moved to the area 2 years ago, I have been extremely impressed with the staff and services at both the Poulsbo and Silverdale locations.Sadly, I have plenty to keep them busy with dental implants old and new ;- /Dr Sukhdeep Dhaliwal seems to always find an opening for my latest dental crisis and his staff members (from dental assistants to front desk and insurance consultants) are prompt, cordial and professional.

The doctor, and the assistant that brought us back to chat with us were wonderful. The part that I am unhappy with was the fact that my son and I had to sit in the waiting room for about an hour waiting for a simple form stating what our out of pocket expenses would be. I was not ready to commit to a date for my sons procedure because I had not spoken with my husband yet, so I really feel that that information could have been relayed to me in a follow up phone call. I understand that they were seeing a lot of patients that day, but maybe the administrative staff could talk about ways to be more efficient. Or than that, that's the only experience that I have with this office as of yet, but we will be scheduling soon for our son's procedure.

I just got all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I cannot say enough great things about this office, staff, and doctor. I went in on Tuesday for a consultation and waited for a brief time before being taken to a room to meet with Dr. Dhaliwal. He was very kind and professional. He showed me an X-ray of my teeth and explained to me why my wisdom teeth needed to be removed and answered all questions I had. Then the nurse, April, began explaining the sedation, surgery, and after care to me. I became overwhelmed and nervous and started to cry. April immediately made me feel at ease by grabbing me some tissues and offering me some words of comfort. She even wrote down an animated video for me to watch at home to see exactly how the surgery would be done. They also prescribed me some medicine to take before surgery to ease my anxiety about being sedated. After April made sure I felt okay, she led me to meet with the financial lady. She broke down the cost and showed me exactly what my insurance would pay and what I would have to pay out of pocket. I really appreciated this. Dr. Dhaliwal gave me my prescriptions before leaving the office so that I could have them filled before surgery. Yesterday while I was in surgery (which was very quick), my driver was led to a nice room where she watched a video explaining how to care for me. The room had snacks, water, and juice for her to enjoy while she waited for me to come out of surgery. The pain has not been too bad for me since surgery and I think thats because Dr. Dhaliwal and his staff were so thorough in explaining to me how to take care of my mouth and deal with pain management before and after surgery. Today he even called me personally to check on me. I was EXTREMELY apprehensive about this surgery because Im going on vacation this coming Monday, Im in the middle of a move, and Im far from family. Im so glad I went ahead with the surgery and Im grateful for all of the staff at Kitsap OMS for making this process so easy. Thank you!!!

Was very rushed through the orientation for wisdom teeth removal was sent from nurse to doctor to financial person without much time to ask questions. The questions I did manage to ask the doctor he was impatient, it felt like he was in a hurry to give me my answer and get out.
