Recently moved to Spokane 8 months ago. Never had seasonal allergies until summer time in Spokane. And had major effects! Ugh, apparently common here, especially among people new to the area. A coworker recommended Dr. Julian and I pleaded my case to be seen as soon as possible. They were able to fit me in the next day and accommodate my work schedule. Dr. Julian was wonderful. Personable, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended.

I was referred to a specialist for a ruptured ear drum and the specialist told me to download a white noise app to relieve the pain in my neck and constant ringing in my ears and that the dizziness I was experiencing was from the antibiotics when I had vertigo from the rupture before I even got prescribed anything, I asked for any tips on how to sleep or take care of this and he told me it will get better take some ibuprofen. I explained EVERYTHING to him and he just seemed highly uneducated about ruptured eardrums. Im very disappointed and will not be coming back for my follow up appointment.

Went in to have my 4 month old's lip tie revised and they caught that she also had a tongue tie and were able to fix them both at once. They were so great and professional and made us feel at easy even though we were nervous about the procedure. It completely saved our breastfeeding journey and we are so grateful!

Dont recommend. Went here to get my newborns tongue and lip tie released. 1. The doctor told me it would be covered by insurance and I just got the bill for over $400. 2. There were no instructions for oral exercises and both corrections reattached. I spent the morning at a pediatric dentist today and my baby had to go through more pain to get it fixed again because of the lack of education of the ENT doctor. They stressed the importance of oral exercises afterwards which the ENT said nothing about 3. No follow up appointment. This reattachment could have been nipped in the bud had the doctor done a a follow up appointment. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience here

Just called because I could not find their hours anywhere online. When someone picked up the call, I asked what their normal hours are. The woman replies 'uh.. what service?'. I wasn't sure how to respond as I was looking to get seen for my ear. So I responded that I was looking to be seen for my ear to which she responds almost like I am inconveniencing her 'um well our business hours are 8 to 5'. I waited to see if she had anything else to say, like something nice or a change of tone. But nope! Very rude and not welcoming at all. Unfortunate because I was willing to travel here from Idaho. Hopefully Spokane Valley ENT reminds their receptionists that they are the FIRST impression.

So glad I went to Spokane Valley ENT for my tonsil surgery. I had an appointment with another office in town first and they were extremely rude and the doctor blew me off so thankfully a friend recommended Spokane Valley ENT and I switched.Spokane Valley ENT got me an appointment quickly, my doctor was very thorough through the whole process, and the main office and surgery staff always made me feel like I was in great hands. I was glad they had the surgery center right at the office so I didn't have to go to a hospital.I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else in the Spokane area, these guys are awesome!

WORD OF CAUTION!!! Anything the doctor asks to do get a cost upfront. Just another slimy doctor that will do extra stuff during a visit. Then say your good to go, then 2 weeks later youll get a $500+ bill. And thats with really good health insurance. I will not be going back to this doctor.

I didn't have a great experience here. I was told a nasal problem I have couldn't really be fixed. I went to an amazing place after this where I was educated on the nasal structure and all that goes with it. Turns out that my problem can, and now will be fixed.

We saw Dr. Hussain for our babies tongue tie. He was wonderful. He help calm us down as he did the procedure and kept the conversation light hearted but also kept us informed on everything that he was going to do and what to expect. They even allowed us plenty of time to breastfeed and change the babies diaper after the procedure to get him ready to go home.They were simply and amazingly kind and caring.

Went in for an initial office visit. The doctor said he has something he wanted to do and I accepted. Was NOT told this procedure wasn't part of the initial consultation/intake, was led to believe this was routine in diagnosing my reason for the visit. Got a surprise bill $300 for the doctor literally just looking up my nose. Not sure if this due to my naivete in the healthcare world, or if I got pumped for a BS procedure. Either way, never going back there even if my ears are bleeding, my nose is on fire, and my throat is swelled shut. Simultaneously.
