I went to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I was so incredibly nervous about being put under. Dr. Molen and all his staff were so nice and made me feel real comfortable. Before I knew it, I was waking up and on my way out the door. It was a good experience and yes I am in a little pain but nothing you wouldn't expect after mouth surgery. Kudos to this place! I would recommend to anyone!

The ladies at the front desk were kind and Mya who took my x-rays and prepped me for surgery was very nice and friendly, she explained everything she was doing. Great experience for both of my daughters, Dr. Molen is an excellent and caring oral surgeon, made my girls feel very comfortable and at ease, with my younger daughters first time here, she had a slight problem the week following(due to her not keeping up properly with the aftercare instructions) and he went out of his way to open up his office and take care of her on the weekend, even beating us there! He and his whole staff are incredibly kind and made this a very pleasant process for all of us. Will definitely be our go to if we ever need any other oral surgeries done in the future, highly recommend Dr. Molen!!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and the whole process went very smoothly. I was able to have the surgery the same day of my consultation and the staff took care of me the entire time. I felt safe and well-cared for, before and after the procedure. As someone who is typically anxious in a doctor office environment, I was relaxed and did not feel worried. Dr. Molen himself was kind, helpful, and made sure to answer any questions I had. A week later I was seen by Jessica for a follow up and she was also very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable.Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Molen and team are the best! I had never been here, so I expected an experience similar to what I have had elsewhere. Instead, I had the best experience I could possibly have had considering I was about to have the last two of my wisdom teeth pulled out. When I walked in, the entire staff at the front desk greeted me with a smile. I liked the energy. I didn't have to wait long, and when I met Dr. Molen, I felt confident things were going to go well. The staff in the operating room was so friendly and relatable. They made me feel comfortable. Before I knew it, I was awake and then on my way home. I felt great! I was pleasantly surprised that I hadn't felt any pain leading up to my follow up appointment where I was in and out in a matter of minutes. If I ever need anything in the future, I'm definitely coming back. Everybody here is great!

I have been to Molen Oral & Facial Surgery for numerous appointments and find Dr. Molen very personable and easy to understand. He is willing to explain difficult dental procedures and answers all questions. When having a tooth removed and implant placed I witnessed professionalism and teamwork from his staff like I had never seen before. I was initially a bit fearful of having I.V. anesthesia, as it was something I had never had before. The day of the surgery my fears were put to rest. Each member of the team clearly communicated with me. I felt completely safe and was continually monitored. The written instructions that I received and followed were of great benefit. I did not experience any pain or bleeding after my surgery and I was able to go to the park the following day. I do believe that my easy recovery had to do with 1) the expertise of Dr. Molen and his staff, 2) the fact that I felt so safe the day of the surgery and 3) the fact that I followed the after surgery instructions exactly as they were written. I highly recommend Dr. Molen.

Very professional, caring staff! They got my son in for same day surgery to resolve an issue which was causing him a lot of pain. Dr. Molen is obviously very skilled and knowledgeable. This office charged over $1200 to have 1 tooth pulled from my 5 year old. They told me they checked with my insurance (Delta Dental) and that my out of pocket costs would be $200, which I paid upfront. Fast forward a month and they are trying to charge me an extra $430 that they said my insurance didn't pay. When investigating our insurance they didn't pay because it was WAY over what the typical cost of doing this procedure would be. So, if you like paying more for less, by all means go here.

Dr. Molen and his staff were fantastic! I had to have 4 teeth extractions and have an incredible fear of dentists. They were very kind and did everything to make me comfortable from the moment I arrived to the time they loaded me in my car. My surgery was unexpected and not something I had budgeted for. I was not approved for care credit so they set up a reasonable payment plan with me that I got to choose. Dr. Molen himself is very confident and has excellent bedside manor. I brought my son to Dr. Molen for his wisdom teeth and not only did his front office staff make us feel welcome, they made my son feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very nervous to go under anesthesia, but his staff explained in detail what would happen and put him at ease. During the consultation the Dr himself was very nice, professional and caring. I felt like he really cared about what he did and my son as a patient. One thing that I really like about the Dr was that he does the anesthesia himself, one thing I learned is he apparently is the only board licensed, certified Oral Surgeon in the area. He has had extensive schooling at the Mayo Clinic and was highly recommended by our dentist. I wouldn't take my other kids to anyone else or recommend another Oral Surgeon besides Dr Molen.
