I will start by saying that everyone in the office other then the front desk lady, who I believe to be his Mom, are very nice people, but no amount of nice makes up for all of the money I am out and still need to pay a different doctor to fix the work and I have yet to get the TT. I came to him about a year and a half before I had the work done for a consultation. He advised me I needed to have lipo first, then get the TT. When I got the money together I when to talk with him again and schedule my surgery. At that time he talked me in to a breast lift also. We had multiple talks before my surgery about the scar placement as I have about a 50/50 rate for keloids on my scars. I did not want it to go past the natural breast fold. Day of he drew on me where the scars would be, but they go several inches out from that. When I when in for my post op it was obvious that the 360 lipo I had paid for had not been done, he only lipoed the bottom of my stomach and did a subpar job on my back that even after a revision I will have to pay to have it fixed. Also at the follow up appointment, when I asked about the lipo, he told me he does TTs different now then he did when he quoted me and now would have done the lipo at the time of the TT. THEN WHY DID I PAY FOR TWO SEPARATE SURGERIES??!! My right breast was also shaped square on the bottom and did not match the left side. During the revision, he convinced me to have implants put in, partly he said, so that he didnt lose so much having to cover the cost of the revision. He also did fat transfer to the right breast to try and fill in the square spot and I had CO2 to the face. Unfortunately, I now have ridges on my right cheek from the laser and my implants sit far above my breast. Another surgeon told me I had waterfall deformity due to the pocket not being created in the proper place. When I asked Dr P to lower them, he said no, they will drop over the years. I want my breasts to look good now, not years from now. I feel very taken that I have given this man $23,000+ and still need a tummy tuck and will have to pay to have my breasts fixed. The scar ridges on my face really scare me as I have no idea how much worse they will get.

Went and had a tummy tuck January 2018 my results came out great. There are a few areas that I need touch up lipo on. Before surgery staff was amazing and very caring. Answered any questions or concerns I had. I am going back for a breast lift and augmentation in about 3 months. Dr P also said he would touch up anything that I was unhappy with on my tummy. Very hard to believe this place got any bad reviews all the staff is phenomenal. I understand everyone heals different and has their own opinions. Every quote I received was right after my consultations, everyone there was very nice and never rude. I highly recommend this surgeon. If you do, just keep in mind that he monitors the healing process but its up to you to take care of your incisions at home to prevent any problems with the way your scar heals and/or anything else that may occur.

Dr Potyondy and his staff are so amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Potyondy and his staff! From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness that sets his practice apart from others. I had received consultations from 2 other surgeons, each with different procedures they recommended and widely varying associated costs. Dr. Potyondy recommended a procedure neither of the other surgeons had, which resulted in one less incision, lower costs and with even better results. He spent time to answer my questions and put me at ease in such a way that I wasn't even nervous walking in on my day of surgery because I knew I was in good hands. His clinic staff are incredibly knowledgeable (Teresa and Jaime are fabulous) and treat you like you're family. If you have any questions along the way or during recovery, someone is always available to speak to you directly (calls are answered directly, not by a call service that triages). These seemingly small qualities made all the difference in my experience and are very hard to find these days. My results have far exceeded my expectations, and it's clear that Dr. Potyondy is a very qualified and talented surgeon, as well as a provider who truly care about his patients. Dr. Potyondy is a Phenomenal surgeon. I had a breast augmentation roughly 8 weeks ago and I could not be more pleased and happy with the results. Would I love most about Dr. potyondy, is his honesty and expertise. He listens to what you want, but tells you with all honesty what his medical opinion is, and what he believes will lead to the best results. I had a completely different idea of implants and sizing in mind than he did. And he explained to me why I wouldnt want to go in that direction. He couldnt have been more right. I am very impressed with not only his work, and knowledge but also his entire office staff as well. I was very impressed with the anesthesiologists, and how well he did my IV start and my Anastasia. He sat down and explained absolutely everything to myself and husband. The nurses there went above and beyond making you feel so comfortable, and helping navigate and answer every question imaginable. And the office manager is hands down amazing! She was always a text away, responding to me whenever I needed, weather in the day, or late at night, and always checking in. I highly recommend Dr. potyondy and his amazing office for work you may ever need or want.

I highly recommend him as your plastic surgeon. I recently had a 360 tummy tuck, mini facelift, fat transfer in my cheeks, and C02 laser two weeks ago. I love his personality and is down to earth. My favorite thing he says at the end of the appointments is there anything else I can help u with it shows he cares about his patients. After your surgery he calls you and gives his private number and even will FaceTime you. Ive have procedures done elsewhere and Im very happy I chose him. Also I love his staff as they are a face to the practice. Ive actually in the past canceled appointments because of the staff I didnt like and I never even met the doctor so its so important for everybody to be in one accord.

I made an appointment to have a procedure done at this clinic. Whomever I spoke to was extremely short with me and wouldnt answer any of my questions. It made me think twice about keeping my appointment. The receptionists are rude and snappy. I do not reccomend this clinic to anyone that wants to be treated like a human being. I will not be getting my procedure done here due to the rude scheduler (she refused to give me her name) who tried to make me feel stupid for asking for a quote. Im sure the surgeon is great, I would have gone through with my appointment if I wasnt treated so horribly over the phone.

after a year my Breast Aumentation was a total disappointment and waste of my money following what doctor said it was best choice , best size even after I told him one Breast was bigger then the other one .I also said do you think I need a lift? he said no dont you worry they will look fine you will look amazing and it was total mess after the surgery one of my breast was extremely large I even went back to the office and he said they are just swelling just give it some time, Im pretty sure he has had amazing results with other people but unfortunately I was not of those amazing results... I didnt get a offer or a discount to the surgery for me to get this results I pay full price on top of that I called the office 2 times to make my follow up appointment never called me back... like if the knew, Im not gonna lie the doctor and staff are amazing thats where they get you I thought I was in the best hands after going tru a breast reduction in the past and felling not so happy about my breast here come more disappointment, half of my breast you can feel the implant and the other half so extra sagging skin. My breast are completely not round they are flat on the front they are not even round one breast still super large also have a large circle look like a bubble in the center of my breast I will definitely post pictures I just dont want to be exposed but trust me is a nightmare I cant believe this happened to me in they US, I was expecting this from other places in the world....

Dr. Potyondy is hands-down the best plastic surgeon in the Puget Sound. Having hit my mid-40s, I realized some me time was sorely needed; in particular, my once small waist had disappeared and in its place was a pooch and belly button that stuck out (called an umbilical herniation, and very common after childbirth). Also, my old saline implants from 20 years ago were sagging. All this damage thanks to my wonderful kids! I did a ton of research, and based both on the credentials of, and reviews for, Dr. Portondy, decided to set up a consultation. Dr. P was caring and knowledgeable - he was not pushy at all; in fact, he took a lot of time explaining all of my options (which I appreciated).Once I decided on my procedures (lipo and umbilical repair for my tummy + replacement of saline with silicone implants for my breasts), the entire experience was nothing but incredible. From the front desk receptionist, to the office manager (Jaime), to the nurses and anesthesiologist, all were as top-notch as Dr. P - and clearly take pride in excellent customer care. Since my tummy and breast procedures, I also decided to try the CO2 laser to get rid of pre-cancerous sun damage on my face; it was an in-office procedure, and super easy - not only did it remove sun damage, side benefit was it got rid of my fine lines too!!Fast forward a year, and the results are nothing short of amazing! I have my 25-year old body back, and feel great!! Thanks Dr. P and staff - you are a great team!

Dr. Potyondy is awesome! I am so glad I followed my instincts (and overwhelming positive reviews), to visit his office in early January 2019 for a breast aug consult. I was hoping for a redo procedure due to unsatisfactory results from a different Doctor a few years ago, and Dr. Potyondy had several reviews from patients in similar situations whom were very happy with the results. He is so patient and kind, and answered my laundry list of questions. I left the office feeling like I was in good hands and could trust the doctor and his team. I had my procedure 2 weeks later, and am thrilled with the results (and so is my husband)! :). Btw, it seems odd to me that the only negative reviews seem to be written by the same person, with the same complaint, and same misspelled words...is this even allowed by Google? It seems unfair not only to the doctor, but also to those of us who are evaluating different surgeons, and looking for honest reviews.

I had lipo/fat relocation. I showed Dr P what i wanted in pictures of other women for reference,,I did the surgery,for $10,000.After the healing time,I went back, showed him that it's not right,the same pictures of what I wanted as I did the first time.He said 'those pictures are more than likely photoshopped' I went on vacation to Hawaii.I SAW THE EXACT SAME figures on women,alive and breathing,NOT PHOTOSHOPPED...so I did a $500.00 touch up.He missed his mark AGAIN, did the 'touch up' we both agreed was the area to fix.I CAME OUT WITH A BUTT LOOKING LIKE'SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS'. He did not fix area that we agreed to be addressed.I will NEVER go back or recommend him..for anything ,this procedure was aTOTAL DISASTER......since then,I found another Dr. that fixed his obvious error ( he wouldn't admit) and did it all over again, My new Dr now is so professional and goes more in-depth. I got what was supposed to to get the first time with my new surgeon. ATOTAL WASTE OF $10,500.00 + with this Dr. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM,YOULL BE SORRY IF YOU DO

I have had multiple procures done by Dr P. My first procesure was a lift and reduction in 2013. Since I have seen him for cyst removed on my face without any scaring, botox in armpits for excessive sweeting, botox in muscle to help with pain. Jamie and Dr. P are always amazing about follow up. Dr P is great at answering any question. I had complications with inter stitches make there way to surface. Dr P was great at working with me until the scaring was perfect. Had my surgery back in 2014 with Dr.Potyondy, he is a very kind and caring person but I'm going to have to have breast augmentation all over again. I see a few surgeons here in my area that I live at now just make sure I havent been trippin about the fact that my right breast feels and sits differently from the left. It's hard, my doc said the suture is really bad because it's not lined up nor straight at all. I was told the implants is still sitting kinda up and does not sit properly behind my areola.. When I lay down right side is hard this makes me sad because I dont even like my husband touched it.. I wish I link a pic on here atleast the scar
