I called to check on how the surgery of my girlfriend is going. I said that I am her ride and used her name specifically. They said that she is in recovery and waiting to leave. However, she had not been seen by any doctors as she was texting me as she waited. They blatantly lied about the condition of the patient. Shame on them. We also waited 2 and a half hours past our appointment before she went back. Take your business elsewhere.

I had to go in for some oral surgery and was a little nervous. Let me just say that staff is beyond top notch. Everyone from the sweet front desk gal to the insurance gal down to the nurses and doctor. Dr Brock is the sweetest! And has the best bedside manner ever!! He is down to earth, he sits down and talks to you and makes you feel like family. He is exceptional at what he does. I am recovering now and feel fantastic. Thank you sirAnd to Julia who stayed with me the whole time and explained every detail.. thank you You are fantastic!! Very caring and sweet! ThankYou all!

I had my teeth removed and developed an infection in my gums. I called and told the nurse what was wrong. She incorrectly claimed I couldn't possibly have an infection because I had no bad taste in my mouth or bad smell. I knew she was wrong. I immediately went to my primary care doctor right then to confirm I did in fact have an infection. I was successfully treated with antibiotics prescribed by my primary care doctor. The nurse needs more education as to not cause medical problems in future patients.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and I am SO glad that I chose this place! Wonderful, kind, and caring staff. They walk you through everything that they do, consistently ensure that you're doing okay, and they do anything that they can to make you feel more comfortable, during your procedure. The waiting room is freezing and the wait time can be a bit long. Bring a jacket!

literally the worst place in Huntington go to the Teays Valley one theyre much nicer and much better. Also, the Teays valley secretary staff arent a bunch of total idiots unlike the Huntington staff. 0/10 for Huntington.

This place was awesome to me. Dr. Brock was quick and I had very lil swelling and bruising. I had to have 7 teeth removed and I was scared to death and they helped ease my mind and lower my anxiety. I highly recommend the staff of MSO&FS to anyone suffering from tooth pain.

I went in to have 3 wisdom teeth cut out. The staff made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommended Dr Ledford. He did a great job! I didnt have any pain afterwards and no swelling. If your looking for a place to go I would recommended this place.

I was referred to Mountain State Oral by our dentist for my daughter's wisdom teeth removal. I called and rescheduled her appointment multiple times due to conflicts in my work schedule. The staff was very nice and accommodating every time!! Before, during and after her surgery, every staff member including Dr. Brock, made sure to explain everything and make our daughter their first priority. I would most definitely return should the need arise and will recommend Mountain State Oral to all my family and friends!!! Thank you!!!

The staff was amazing! They made sure you were comfortable and the doctor was great! He came in and shock my hand and asked how I was and talked for a few minutes and then he explained what we were going to do and that it shouldnt take long. And it didnt take long nor did I have the funny side effects that you see people posting about which was nice for me. I highly recommend Mountain State Oral to Any and Everyone!!

Went there to get a wisdom tooth extraction, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Brock was my surgeon for the day and he did a magnificent job! I will definitely come back for future work. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and effortless. If you ever need any work done in this field I highly recommend you make mountain state your first option.

I had to have 22 teeth CUT OUT on November 3, 2016. Dr. Brock was behind schedule that morning. (Extremely nervous doesn't even begin to describe how I was feeling about having the procedure) Dr. Brock's nurse went above and beyond her duties to ease my mind and make sure that I was comfortable. She pulled up a chair and stayed by my side while we waited for Dr. Brock. She didn't leave my side even for one minute. She stayed with me until my husband and Mother loaded me in the car to take me home! She didn't have to do that! Most nurses would've said, 'ah your okay,' or 'you just need to calm down' and then went on about they're business. But not her! She truly put my mind at ease and made me feel safe and secure. I was, still am, and will forever be truly grateful to her for her simple kindness! Oh, and Dr. Brock, as always, was a real gem! He's truly a wonderful human being and oral surgeon.

Dr. Brock and his staff are AMAZING!!! They explained everything about my after care to my step daughter. The girls take such good care of each of their patients, from beginning to end. They called me a few hours after my surgery, and that was great and they always make sure to let you know, theyre there if you need anything.

I had to have to lower molar extractions. I also had to be put to sleep to have it done. Dr. Brock and his staff were very caring and thoughtful of every step they needed to accomplish to make sure that was as comfortable and cared for. Very pleasant experience, for a procedure a lot of people just don't want to be in.

Everyone was super friendly, mindful about my nervousness, and professional. For me, I went to sleep and woke up without wisdom teeth. It's as easy as that. I have seen Dr. Brock for various things but one thing is very upsetting for me and I have to say, this man, Dr Brock is an extraordinary man. He has talked to me in a calming manner and acted as if he has all the time in the world when we know he is a very, very busy man. You dont come across Drs very often that have such a caring, bedside manner, chair-side in this case. ha ha, as Dr. Brock. I could never thank him enough. I also have to give a great shout out to everyone on his staff. Those girls are just as overly nice as he. Dr. Brock is a Really good oral surgeon. He found my sinus blockage n has done two surgeries to correct the problem. The last surgery has helped alot but not completely so I'm planning on making an appointment soon n hopefully fix this sinus issue for good so I can finally start on fixing my teeth.

My surgery went very well but on the other hand I had to call and have my payments stopped die to fraudulent activity and the la 00 dy in the car office told me not to worry about it she would make sure it would make sure it wouldn't go through my bank and they did it anyway causing me to over draft the account that is being investigated.and I called back and they refused to reverse the charges until I got paid
