Stay away from them !!!! Dr, I was not allowed to go in with my daughter due to Covid-19.....they scared my daughter who was already nervous into agreeing to extra numbing medication (while she was there a young boy was taken from there in an ambulance mind you) then they ran my card for $1344 even though I was quoted $944 !!!$350 fear money. SHAME ON YOU. Exploiting kids for extra money, money is hard to come by during a pandemic and you want to take advantage of the ones who have to pay and dont get free government insurance.

I came to have 3 teeth extracted. I was nervous for no reason. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The staff and Dr had me at ease in no time and it was such a breeze. The follow up care is amazing as well. I would highly recommend Mountain State for anything and anyone.

After the rest of the process I decided that I would change my review and rating. The rest of the employees were very nice the next time I came over for my rescheduled appointment. Very friendly employees. I highly recommend them for any dental concerns. The issues before were ultimately the fault of the company they worked with for my surgery not mountain state themselves.

The staff was great, my first time being here to get my Wisdom teeth out after a long week of pain and no sleep. I felt absolutely nothing, I was sore when I woke up, But That was to be expected. The doctor was very polite and amazing. 6 hours later, my swelling went down. No more tooth, neck and shoulder pain. It amazing what your wisdom teeth can do to your body. I can't thank the doctor and the staff enough for giving me my sleep back, because I was miserable.

Just an amazing experience overall. I just got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and I'm currently recovering. I went in early in the morning and was out in no time whatsoever. I have a fear of IV's so that made it easy for me and let me choose where the IV would be. The doctor was as friendly as could be and spent time talking about the procedure. If I were to recommend anyone this place would be it. Awesome.

I can to get my wisdom teeth removed. They were great, explained the whole process to me and my father so we'd both feel comfortable with the experience. The staff were all nice. The procedure itself was quick and without complications and I felt no issue or pain with the medications they prescribed and the stitch job they did help up to an honestly ridiculous amount of abuse.

So my wife had an appointment in December but was pregnant so she missed her appointment and just called to get in and the secretary was very rude I'm pretty sure a baby is something that comes before facial surgery not a way to conduct buisnes.

Ive been there more than once and should the need arise again this is the only place I will go. I have high anxiety to begin with and I was so nervous I was shaking before surgery and the lady that came in talked to me as if she completely understood. She took her time with me and was very patient. She got me calmed me down before even seeing the surgeon. After he came in he only calmed my aniety even further. Before I knew it I was all done! The healing time wasn't very long either. And I had 4 teeth removed last time! :)

Everyone was very nice from the time I walked into the moment I left, very informational, let me know everything that could be going on after the fact of the surgery, the nurses were some of the friendliest, most politely, and kept me calm and relaxed the entire time. If I have to schedule any more surgeries for my mouth I will definitely be going back to Mountain State Oral 100%.

Upon being referred to Mountain State Oral for dental implants, my mouths appearance was embarrassing. I was full of anxiety and shame. My dental plan with them involved several visits. Every single visit put me more and more at ease. The staff held my hand when I cried. Comforted & consoled me when my anxiety was too much. I was educated and 100% in control of the progression of the treament plan. They let me know what each step entailed and what to expect in the future. I always felt as if they knew me already and treated me as such. My dental journey is not over yet, however, Mountain State Oral has restored my confidence and gave me the ability to see beauty in my reflection once again. I highly recommend this practice.

I would highly recommend people staying AWAY from this office. The doctor told us on the first visit that my husband had oral cancer but wanted to give the area two weeks to 'try to heal' then if it wasn't they would do a biopsy. Went back in two weeks, had the biopsy done and suggested we go to Kentucky, Columbus or Cleveland to be treated. We told them Columbus, went back two weeks later for results and it was cancer and we were given a doctor's name in Columbus on a post it! I jokingly asked what we were supposed to do google him to get their phone number and he said yes and left the room! So I googled it, called and of course we had to be referred, it took them a week to even do that then another week for that doctor's office to check it over only to tell us that he didn't need to be seen by them that he needed to see another type of doctor!!! I called this office and the person I talked with was VERY rude and inconsiderate, not helpful at all. I finally got our family doctor involved, they called and told them to fax the records to them now and they were told they mailed them 4 days before that, and the offices are in walking distance, but they hadn't arrived at the family doctor's office. They finally agreed to fax the information and the next day we went to the family doctor and when he walked into the room he had a paper with a doctor's name on it too...but this time with a phone number and appointment time four days after that!! I would hate for anyone else to go through what we've gone through with these people!! FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!

I was referred by a dentist because an extraction caused a sinus breech. I only met the surgeon on the day of my surgery. The staff were nice, but as I went back for my scheduled check ups, Dr. Prisco acted as if he didn't realize these were scheduled for me. I did have complaints....and the last appt... He tells me there is nothing more he can do for me. I wish I had gone elsewhere. This was in August 2016, and I still have problems with this. They may be ok for other issues....but not this.

Dr. Strimmer of St Mary's referred me to here for dental surgery. This facility very clean and staff was very friendly. Dr Klamut and his assistants I recall one of them named Jen was AWESOME. I reccomend this dentist group to anyone. Not one issue or I didnt have pain at all after surgery. Absoutely None. They explained everything very well. They don't realize how much of blessing they are to me. Wonderful job!!!

Staff were amazing and got my tooth & wisdom teeth pulled. However the appointment time was very long and waited little over the month to get mine pulled. But I tough it out and waited. Glad I did. Ashton help with my worries while I wait to be put to sleep and get yanked. I would come back again if I ever had another tooth problem which (cross my fingers) I won't as one missing molar tooth is already bad enough for me but I am glad I no longer in pain.Response to Ryan Mcatee review. They did the same to me. no sitchites, puncture a hole in my bottom cheek which only take 2 days to heal for me but 1 negative review? come on dude. surely it wasn't THAT bad.

They were quick, informative, professional, and friendly. My first surgery and it was painless and done before I knew it. My doctor was Italo Di Prisco who said he had served in the U.S. Navy. He recommended only remove my two upper wisdom teeth due to fractures and the bottom two looked fine, at my age removing them since they are so close to the main nerves as he showed me on xray and explained it. I said that's fine, you're the pro. I need to have them checked each year he said to make sure no problems arise.
