Had surgery dec 3, 2019. Recovery was awful. I was puking and in incredible pain for 6hours right after having my nose rebuilt. He didn't want to spend any time answering my questions. All he said was 'you can breathe now right?' No, no i couldn't. When i went to have the splints & stitches removed he was rough and didn't take out all the stitches.There are still some that i will have my regular dr take care. He sewed my nose together crooked and the skin between my nose and lip is painfully tight. I've been in constant pain since the surgery and have called several times to find out what's normal for the recovery and to get relief from the pain. Each time i called i was met with rudeness. One told me id be fine and to take Tylenol, said she'd call back in a few days. Never called. i called again only to be told they'd have someone call. They didn't call. Called again today and the nurse wanted to go on and on about the other nurse (drama) and i told her I'm calling to talk about my pain, not the other nurse. She told me not to talk to her like that and that she'd talk to the Dr and call back. Asked to have the dr call. I was told the Dr won't call me. Still waiting. They have no concern for the well-being of their patents. I wish i had researched him before had. Turns out he's been sued several times, had his md revoked as recent as 2018. Please do not go here.

I believe that I'm alive today because Dr. Robert DeFatta was willing to go above and beyond and discovered a major problem that I was having that was outside of ENT. Dr. Robert and Dr. Rima are phenomenal doctors and people and I would trust my life to either of them. I probably wouldn't be here to type this almost four years later if it wasn't for them.
