It was my first experience with the non- surgical side. The RN Heather did a poor job with an injection and I had SEVERE EXTENSIVE bruising. Ive had this same injection at a different place over the past several years with no problem ever. I genuinely believe the injection was poorly placed and improperly done. The only reason I tried a different place was they were closer and a friend had a surgery at Aesthetica with great reviews. I do not recommend this nurse for injections. I was disappointed that Aesthetica did not offer a partial refund or credit on the service.

I'm so grateful to have this type of clinic right here so close to home! I'm likely not the typical patient, I need botox and now am getting Jeuveau injections every 90 days for migraines. I literally stumbled on AestheticA after my insurance changed and my neurologist did not accept my new insurance. I was super anxious as I need this treatment to function and wanted to see the best physician possible. Also - I am needle-phobic. For 2 years now, I have been seeing Dr. Parfitt & his team. They are professional, caring, kind and accommodating. Dr. Parfitt's level of expertise and calming, competent manner have made it easy to feel at home there - even with my anxiety about needles and my chronic pain. Susan is wonderful & truly every single staff member has made me feel welcome, valued and comfortable each time. Whatever your reason to visit, you will be pleased with the professional, compassionate and knowledgeable care offered here! THANK YOU!

Loved my experience with Pamela, the esthetician for a hydrofacial. I don't get facials done very often but think of it as a treat. She was very thorough during the consultation and provided me with a comfortable experience. Since the establishment is more of a medical spa environment, the atmosphere was more sterile. Not the same experience as a dark room in a salon/spa setting. My skin felt hydrated and renewed afterwards and Pamela was very professional but relatable.

I have been going to Sheila for over a year now and receiving the laser hair removal for my legs and love the results. I had really dark hair that grew immediately when I stepped outside after shaving and it's been great not to have to worry about seeing those nasty dark hairs anymore. I have also been going to get my underarms done now and can't wait to not have to worry about shaving there anymore. I love going in there as the staff is always friendly and happy to see me.

While I would give 5 stars for the surgery itself, I have recently grown much more leery of this practice. Several months ago, YEARS after my surgery, I began receiving intrusive texts sent to my phone every day, with no clear way to opt out. All of the texts were spam texts from Dr. Parfitt's office requesting that I visit some website and vote for him in some contest. I called his office, concerned, and the person to whom I spoke told me in a hushed voice that they had received several complaints and that not everyone in the office agreed with the new marketing policy. She then very helpfully told me how to opt out so I wouldn't be continually charged for texts.Flash forward to yesterday, when I received an email specifically asking to come to Google and write solicited positive reviews. And then all of my old feelings about the unwanted text messages (for which I was CHARGED for by my phone company) flared up again. Ugh.So here's my review. want to be clear; I really liked the experience and the surgery. I traveled across state lines and over 4 hours because I felt that Dr. Parfitt was the best. I am on stage frequently and since I had my chin implant, I am comfortable how I look in pictures when I smile. It was a bargain at twice the price. That's why I gave two stars instead of one. And if it hadn't been for the spammy nature of his office's advertising, it would be 5 without hesitation.But ever since all of this spam, it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I've gone from adamantly recommending Dr. Parfitt's office to having a bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing and telling my friends to find someone who markets themselves more professionally. Professionals do not spam your phone every day asking for your support in their marketing -- their services speak for themselves. Professionals obey the CAN-SPAM Act and provide easily discernible ways in which one can opt out. Integrity is really important to me. This is less-than-sterling behavior that tarnishes his reputation instead of enhancing it, and as a result I reluctantly cannot recommend him.
