Dr. Elizabeth O'Connor is amazing! I had reconstruction after having a double mastectomy and radiation. I had very little discomfort and the healing process went very well. You will not be disappointed with Dr. O'Connor and her staff.

Pamela was my first nurse to give me my injections on my on my breast reconstruction and her bed side manner is of the upmost and she was so informational and detail orientated and today's clinical visit ,we requested to have Pamela to do the injections from this day forward. I am very pleased about everything that she does and says and is so very friendly, she basically makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. LOVE THE RESULTS! I had a consultation with the team at BayCare about getting a chemical peel and Botox. Both specialists were amazing! Janelle took her time in the consultation, answering all my questions as it was my first time. She listened and used her expert opinion on what would be best for me. During every interaction with her I always felt she had my best interest at heart. After the session she scheduled a follow up to go over results and answered more questions. I can't recommend Janelle's work enough and have been telling all my friends to visit her. Also, they have a rewards/referral program that help with coupons/money off if a friend refers you.It was nice to work with a team that have passion for what they do; I highly recommend them!

I can not say enough about her and the rest of their staff. I have since seen Janelle and Sheena for various cosmetic procedures. Everyone is amazing!!

Have seen both Janelle and Sheena for different aesthetic related needs over the past few months and love them both! So nice and easy to talk to, listened to exactly what I was needing and why I was there and came up with a plan to fix the problem. The results are always great, have never been disappointed.Also, saw both Nick Grimm and Dr. Zasuly for a suspicious spot on my back. They made my appointment extremely convenient and easy. Were both very informative and friendly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. DO NOT get any facial services done here. I had a peel done and was told it would be slightly pink like a mild sunburn. See the photo, this is 5 days later! Upon returning and demanding to see a doctor (yes demanding as they wanted to me to see the same esthetician who performed the peel) they were very rude and did not see an issue with my face. I was told, 'you don't know how aesthetics work'. I feel like their main concern was to cover their own bases. Everything is fine there until there is a problem...then customer service goes out the window. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!!!!!! Also, in other reviews they suggest calling 'Customer Service', but there is not such department. You speak to the 'billing department'. I was told there is a Quality Control department but I am not allowed to speak them. They will only communicate in writing. This is not surprising!!!!!!!!!! I have never left a review before but after my experience with Janelle I feel compelled to do so. I was a little nervous going into my first appointment but my nerves quickly faded as she spoke and was so sincere and understanding of what I wanted. During the procedure she talked me through it and I felt as though I was just hanging out with a friend. When I looked in the mirror I was so happy that I was almost brought to tears. I could not be more excited with the results but more importantly Im so glad I found Janelle. After a couple experiences elsewhere that made me hesitant to ever go back Im so thankful that she took her time with me and my results have made me feel better about myself than I ever have before. Ladies, if youre looking to do something for yourself look no further..you will be in the best hands if you visit Janelle!

Do NOT get hair removal done here.When they were still at their ashwaubenon location, I received laser hair reduction and was left spending 1-4 weeks recovering in excruciating pain after each of my 7 treatments. During my initial consultation, I said I wanted to get electrolysis done after doing the research on my own. Kelly steered me to do laser instead and the results were God awful.When brought to the attention of the doctor on site, she said it was likely due to my 'olive skin' and 'tanning to much' (I don't go tanning, and had told her that multiple times). She offered me a jar of burn cream and sent me on my way. Had posted this same review on their previous page from their last location as well as on their Facebook page and they took the Facebook review photo down because it was 'not representative of the service they provide'.Nonetheless, I wish I had have avoided the place entirely or at least received the procedure I went in there asking for, but instead I was given laser treatment which was apparently not good for my 'olive skin' and it left me with roughly 70% hair reduction and scars to last me a life time. It's rather sad in my opinion that they consider this to be acceptable based on their 'standards of service' and will continue to get away with it. But hey, you've been warned.
