I, have had so many bad experiences with surgery, until today. I, had foot surgery there and, from the second I, walked in I, was greeted by Kim at the front desk. She's Amazing. Warm, sweet and very cool. Then, my nurse Charlotte whom blew me away with her empathy, patience No words can describe how well she took care of me. Thank you Charlotte. The anesthesiologist is a 10..... Also he was very thorough and made me very comfortable. Dr. Christenson is the BEST Podiatrist ever. He's so sweet and understanding. He explained everything to me, from start to finish. I, would also like to thank the O R nurse with the Beautiful eyes. My post op nurse, you are one of the kindedt nurses ever. I am so glad that you and Charlotte chose nursing as your profession. I, have had many procedures done at Aurora, what a difference , like night and day. Aurora you could take lessons on bed side manner, professionalism, and Humanity from the staff at Sheboygan surgery Center....

My 2 year old had oral/outpatient surgery here, As parents we were obviously very nervous about what to expect and the treatment we would get, but I can not say enough nice things about the experience. From walking in to walking out we felt very taken care of. All of the staff was amazing - everyone was very attentive, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly great with toddlers. They even made a blanket and gave him a small bear with a matching cast (he LOVED this!). The facility itself is very welcoming, clean and they really made sure to make us comfortable while we waited. Surgery/anesthesia is never fun, especially for children, so thanks for making it the best you could :)

My toddler needed oral surgery which was carried out at this surgery center, and the staff here were exemplary. At all stages they were kind, attentive, and focussed on not only ensuring we knew what was going on but also in making our toddler feel comfortable to get the surgery to go smoothly. I have never had such a caring medical team in all my life and none of my pediatricians are this good with children. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for anyone with children.
