I love this place! I've been going here for years, with nonsurgical nose jobs and other fillers. Pat does an amazing job! Today I tried the prf (under eye), I did feel a bit woozy because I do have a fear of blood, but Pat was just amazing and helped me though it to make sure I was okay- giving me peanut butter crackers, water, ice, lollipop, and great support. Pat has always done an amazing job with everything she does- I'll always get my nonsurgical nose job, eyebrow lifted, and now prf at this place :)

Do NOT go to this man....especially if you are interested in facial rejuvenation from fat grafting. I went in to have a little fat placed under my eyes and in my nasal folds, and he filled my entire face. My checksall these years laterare so overfilled that I wont even smile in pictures anymore. Of course, when I went in multiple times to discuss a revision (literally bawling), he said that he didnt do them and there was nothing he could do. When I cried, he rolled his eyes and got mad that I would even question him. You can literally SEE one of the grafts above my lip because it wasnt placed deep enough. He said, Hmmmm, that must be a vein.A vein that popped out at the exact moment of surgery....convenient. Years later, Im still trying to save up the money I need to go to a different surgeon in California who is trained in removing fat grafts to the face. It will cost me more than Shapiros original surgery did. Its been a nightmare. No matter what you want to have done, trust me, he will do what he wants as well and youre screwed. Your will get the red carpet treatment at your first appointments leading up to your surgery. However, once the procedure is done and he has your money, hes already moved on from you, so that changes VERY quickly...especially if there is something that you need revised. He wont help you, and your tears mean nothing. Hes pompous and unprofessional. He wont fix his mistakes because he wont even admit that he makes them. Trust me.....RUN from this guy.

This is written under a pseudonym. Dr. Shapiro is great. Though he doesn't have a perfect track record, he is a talented surgeon. I have several friends I have referred through his doors and most all have been pleased. That being said, some of the new staff members he has added the last few years are awful. I'm in my thirties myself but he has hired young millennials who think so highly of themselves and who are rude behind patients backs. They forget that they work in the service industry and their jobs are due to clients coming in the doors. Several others have also noted this. I will now be going elsewhere for all my plastic surgery needs and advising my friends to do the same.
