I worked for Dr. Fetter at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center for 2 weeks. He is a very cheap, rude man. He throws the F word around like no other. His crew is unhappy. Their goal everyday is to keep him happy. No one is happy there. He does not give breaks or lunches. They cheat patients on their cash discount if the patients forget that they get one. It's a very crooked operation. DON'T go there. He has many very negative reviews if you look.

So not impressed with Dr. Fetter. I was appalled at how horrible his bedside manner and overall social skills were. I was really excited for my appointment in hopes I could finally go somewhere in town as opposed to the valley for my upkeep. Upon meeting Fetter, he would not even let me finish a sentence without cutting me off rudely, every time. Didnt shake my hand and would not look me in the eye. He had no interest in what I tried to share had worked best for me before as far as units etc. I was so put off that I left in the middle of the appointment, I did not feel comfortable willingly paying for him to do anything to me. After sharing this with a friend, she opened up to me that he botched her breast augmentation. She has been in multiple times to get it fixed and she still is not pleased. Not impressed and very disappointed.

I was looking to have a breast augmentation. I did a lot of research and found Dr. Fetter. I scheduled an appointment and spoke with Dr. F. he was very easy to understand and spoke in detail about the procedure. I went to his office and spoke with him a second time and then had a fitting with one of his assistants. The entire time, every person I spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful. Surgery was then scheduled and payment was made. Price was about average. The price included everything, no hidden costs or charges for anything else. Surgery day arrived and I met with a wonderful staff that assisted me along the way. I had a primary nurse who was so awesome. She made me feel very comfortable. I then met with the anesthesiologist, and then Dr. F. He assured me everything would be fine, and it was. A while later he came out to my boyfriend and said the surgery was finished, and everything went as great as he could have hoped. The nurse, Kim, in charge of my after surgery care was fantastic. She came out and got my boyfriend as soon as I started to wake up. She had encouraged me to breathe deep. She was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful. Now a couple things to note here. He was extremely gentle when creating the cavity for the implant. He takes some extra time to do this, however the lack of collateral damage to the surrounding tissue was great. There was very minimal bruising and I was feeling very good within 48 hours. Another thing that is noteworthy, he was very clear, that no matter the issue, if there are any concerns or complications, call him immediately, no matter the time. Nowadays that is unheard of. I had follow up appointments at one week and four weeks. No additional costs and he was very helpful and answered all our additional questions and kept my mind at ease during the healing process. I have a final appointment with him in the next few weeks. As far as how my breasts look, they are perfect. Extremely natural looking. You would never know I had implants. What a fantastic job of perfecting my breasts. Perfect size, perfect shape, just perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Fetter and the staff at the surgery center. I would highly recommend Dr. F without question. What a fantastic experience. I wish I was better at writing reviews, because I just cannot convey in words what a great person Dr. F is and how this was something I was really worried about and how it turned into a fantastic event. Thank you Dr. Fetter!

Let me start with stating that the staff alone in this practice are amazing. They all listened and answered every question I had. They validated all of my concerns and explained everything that I needed to understand about my surgery. They felt more like friends by the time of my surgery, very compassionate ladies. Dr. Fetter, I was so scared to come in to my consultation, but he immediately made me feel comfortable. Very professional and kind hearted. He was upfront with me and gave me options that would work best with my body type. Walking out of that consultation, I felt confident in my decision with getting my surgery and no longer felt alone in the process. He listened to me and what I wanted and gave me honest responses. The day of my surgery, the staff was so generous and really made me feel comfortable. I was not nervous at all. Dr. Fetter and his staff are absolutely great, I would give ten stars if I could. My results were everything that I could have imagined and more. Thank you Advanced Plastic Surgery!

Dr. Fetter was professional and a great listener. He put me at ease during my consultation which could have been embarrassing for an older modest woman like me. My breast reduction took over three hours but I was well taken care of. Tri City Surgical Center was an excellent facility with wonderful staff. Dr. Fetter's staff were outstanding also. My surgery turned out even better than I had imagined. Little pain, mostly discomfort for around two weeks. There was some concern about one nipple but God used Dr. Fetter to turn that around. I have no regrets about going through this surgery. Only wish I had done it when I was younger where I could have been free from all the problems associated with large droppy breast. It's amazing how such a surgery can improve one's quality of life. Thank you Dr. Fetter and Staff.

Upon spending an exorbitant amount of money (if I remember correctly $8,750) for my wifes Tummy Tuck, she is very dissatisfied. Dr. Fetters surgery left two big bulges on each side of her stomach - not contoured/smoothed at all into her body. Dr. Fetters said he would fix the bulges, but wanted to charge us another $750 to do so. Thinking he should make the correction at no extra cost & having little faith in the results, we decided against it. It is now going to cost another exorbitant amount of money ($4,250) for a very respectable Phoenix Plastic/Reconstructive Surgeon to correct Dr. Fetters work/mistakes.While my wife was healing & before we knew the final results of her surgery, Dr. Fetters said he could improve the looks of 2 small scars on my nose; all the while me stressing to him to be sure before he proceeded. After he tried 3 times to make the scars look better (always having an excuse as to why he was having a hard time correcting them) they ended up looking much worse. I was so embarrassed about how they looked, I refused to attend my 45th H.S. reunion. I wish Id have never listened to him & left them alone. They looked much better before he touched them.As a result, Im also now going to the same Phoenix Surgeon as my wife to fix Dr. Fetters failure; going to take a few surgeries & already looks much better after just the first one.After discussing our dissatisfaction with others in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area (to include medical professionals who provided additional avenues in which to complain if we wish to do so), we now know of his poor reputation. If wed have only known, wed have saved a ton of money & would have never went to him. I must admit he removed a small mole from my cheek and did a good job on that very minor surgery. In addition, he has a nice personality & his staff is very, nice & professional. However, we would absolutely not recommend him for ANY TYPE of fine skilled cosmetic surgeries!ADDITIONAL NOTE: We have been to a ton of doctors & I have never once posted a complaint in my 63 years of life!

My experience with Dr. Fetter and his staff was not what I had expected at all. I manage a medical office here in Prescott and have worked in the healthcare community here for 12 years. I have read and heard mixed reviews about Dr. Fetter's work, and most of them were great reviews and recommendations from patients who had the same procedures I was considering. Still, I went to my initial consultation extremely nervous. I had never had a consultation for something like this before, and it isn't the easiest thing to stand completely naked in front of strangers and talk about the things I dislike most about my body. Dr. Fetter's staff were all very friendly to me and made me very comfortable. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Fetter's bedside manner. He actively listened to me and addressed my concerns and options in great detail. I definitely feel comfortable moving forward with him as my surgeon and I think his staff deserves a huge pat on the back for making my initial experience a good one!!

Terrible experience! Office staff-most of them-rude! Dr. Fetter performed a tummy tuck and thigh lift and they both have to be done over. My primary care physician in CA was so concerned about me she sent me to two doctors. Both said the surgery was done incorrectly. Another doctor in Prescott, AZ said he would never send his wife to that plastic surgeon. After careful documentation from me my credit card companies refunded all of my money in full. I wish I had never gone to Dr. Fetter. Now I am facing surgery again with all the risks. I almost died the night of the surgery.

He was very rude, & left me with HORRIBLE problem with my right arm & shoulder, he removed my sweat glands and lymph nodes, now I have been stuck with fluid in my arm, my shoulder has never been right since, I have a Terrible scar, & Pain! took stitches out too early, it came open. Then didn't want/do anything to help. his reasoning for it? was I am/was a FAT SMOKER!!!.

I would not recommend Dr Fetter. He botched my eye lid surgery last year and am now at a point that I can have a doctor in Phoenix re-do his mess. He was arrogant during my visits, not letting me finish my sentences. He got very defensive with me when I went in for my six week follow up visit and I complained. He offered to redo the surgery but I felt if he botched it the first time, he would probably botch it the second time. So I never went back. After my botched eyelid surgery, I did find out that he botched several breast augmentations. I would not send my worst enemy to him. Not only are my two eyelids uneven, but my left eyelid appears to almost be burned. There is a red patch on the eyelid that is tender and is a little dark. What a waste of time, money and pain he put me through.
