Didn't tell me prescription was going to a store I don't use. Didn't ask me my preferred provider. Then sent to another site which didn't fill, just sat there. Then didn't specify the dire need for this particular prescription, so price is over $400. Flew in and out of roomn on follow up visit. Confusing after care instructions. Had to ask for written printout. Really like these people, but disappointed and concerned.

I talk with a lot of different medical offices for my job, and this one is the absolute worst. Karen, the supervisor, is awful to deal with due to extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. She's hung up on our office twice and has a reputation for being terrible toward other medical personnel as well. I was actually going to make an appointment here for some of my own skin issues, but I will be looking elsewhere. A business is more than how your clientele/patients are treated. She should be fired.

What a disappointment this clinic is. I waited an hour after my appointment time only to be rushed in for a 5 minute examination. They do not have time to be thorough. Not going back

hands down the worst experience I've ever had with the doctor I feel that there was Zero care for my child's well-being. The Doctor spoke over me did not answer any of my questions or acknowledge the validity of them and my concerns. she seemed to make her mind up before she even walked into the room because of his age It could only be this. That is a terrible way to deal with possible issue. I will never return and I advised everybody else to seek medical care elsewhere. they seemed more concerned in overbooking and spending as little time as possible with their patients. The staff was nice and attempted to address my concerns but unfortunately was not able to. The whole reason I came to a specialist was to get the opinion of a specialist and I don't feel like got that here.

During my wifes first visit they did 2 biopsies...first melanoma surgery was a 4 surprise but healed beautifully - thin line following their great instructions ... pleasant staff who bend over backwards to accommodate our needs ... thorough exams and 2 more biopsies requires 2 more surgeries ... I feel very confident theyll do great again!

I had a cyst on my back that needed to be removed. Deborah, the NP allowed her MA (MAs get less than 6 months training on how to take vitals and give shots, definitely not qualified for anything more) to suture the wound unsupervised. I went back for suture removal 3 weeks later, the wound was still not healed and I was told to come back in two weeks. My stitches were removed 5 weeks after the procedure, but the MA that did the removal (bergstrom never looked at the wound) missed a few sutures, so I had to go back next day when I noticed them. The MA placed steri-strips on the wound to 'keep it from scarring'. Well a year later I still have a huge gaping crater over my spine, I was actually asked if that scar was from a gunshot wound!!! Horrible work, all because of complacency! Update: I went back there for some Botox and was very pleased with that procedure and the results. I stand by my opinion that an MA is not qualified to suture, and I am still of the opinion that an MA should not be allowed to remove sutures until a provider actually look at the wounds and gives the go ahead, but after speaking to Debra, N.P. I will continue to use az dermatology within those stipulations.

The staff at Arizona Dermatology Show Low were very friendly, but the NP seemed rushed the first time I saw her. I had never had my 'freckles' checked, but one seemed to be getting larger; I was told it was a mole and had a biopsy, which resulted in advice that the mole needed to be removed. The removal seemed easy enough, but the NP and her aide had a difficult time stitching up the wound. The aide did the final top-stitching with no supervision. Now, almost 4 weeks later, the wound is still not healed. I went in to have the stitches removed, but the aide who tried to do so could not remove them all. He said he was afraid that removing them would leave 'pits' in my arm. So the stuff just sat there in the wounds, two pits at either end of the incision that were full of the black stitching and white material (I guess the under-stitching material) that collapsed into a goo. The aide told me to cut the stitching as it 'works its way out.' I have managed to pull out some loose stitching, but the white thread-like material that was allowed to bunch up on both ends of the incision have created pits in my arm that are not healing quickly (and some of it still remains, with black stitching underneath still adhered to skin underneath). I was not prepared for the mess the stitching made. My husband, who has had moles removed at clinics elsewhere (out of state), has never had the experience I've had. I wish I had just told them to leave the mole, that we would 'monitor' it for a while. Or that I had gone to another clinic.
