When I arrived for my appointment at the Show Low office, I was greeted at the door by a very nice girl dressed in PPE. She took my temperature then took me to the elevator which took me to the registrar. She was pleasant and efficient . I wore a face mask and everyone that I saw within the clinic wore them as well. The chairs were safe distanced and the waiting room was not too full..Dr Perkins and his assistant were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Great visit!

My concerns and questions were answered. A joint decision was made regarding my cataracts. Dr. Blair made the appt. fun with his good sense of humor and the team was most obliging and courteous. Found some fun frames too!!

Went to the facility for an Dr appt.After having my eyes dialated, I was put in a very small room with 6 others. There was no social distancing at all. We are shoulder to shoulder.I mentioned it to the floor manager and was told they understood and would take care of the problem right away.

I am only giving them 1 star because I have to. I tried calling to make an appointment for an eye exam only to find no one answers the phone so I went online to make an appointment. I received the confirmation that someone would call within 24 hours. Here it is now 2 weeks later and no phone call. I tried calling again only to find that no one still answers the phone. Seems they are too busy to even answer the phone or call for new appointments. I am glad I figured this out before I got the appointment only to figure out that they are just too busy.

I have been going to this Office since I had a partial vision loss in 2015. The service has been very good even though there was not a cure for my problem. My wife also had her cataract surgery here with very a good outcome. A very good office with a good staff and doctors.

Dr. Sipperly is always friendly and kind. He shows interest in my eye care and shares with me important information about my treatments. His staff is efficient and kind. I am grateful for the care they all give me.

I can only give one star because so far it seems as though they aren't interested in helping people, only doing eye exams and selling glasses. My wife was injured at work and had a concussion and whiplash, then a week later she got blurry vision in her right eye. Her Worker's Comp people told her to make an appointment at Barnet so I called to make one for her and was told that they needed paperwork faxed over from Worker's Comp, which was done that same day, on the 14th. My wife then called to make an appointment and was told, 'Sorry, we have a giant stack of faxed paperwork and when we find yours we'll call you to make an appointment.' That was on February 20th, nine days ago. She's waiting to hear back from Worker's Comp again to find out if there's someplace else she can be seen because apparently Barnet Dulaney Perkins has no interest in seeing her.

Fast and efficient service at the front desk. Friendly tech who kept things moving. I appreciated the time the doctor spent answering my questions. My only concern was with extra charges that always appear when I fill out my initial paperwork. This time it was $45 to have my glasses prescription tested. That has always been part of the exam! What's up with that and what will be the new charge next time?????

This place is the best. The staff is wonderful from the front office to all of the healthcare workers. Dr. Sipperly has provided excellent care and because of his years of experience and knowledge, I have regained my sight in my right eye. I had Histoplasmosis which left scar tissue that caused fluid or a bleed on my Retina which resulted in macular degeneration. Scary to think I could lose my vision. I have had injections for a year and then needed a second round. I was scared... Injections in your eye doesn't sound pleasant but Dr. Sipperly makes the whole process easy and fast. Thank you to all of the staff, you're all awesome!

I came in the office with a weird site situation. They worked me in right away. Got looked at and was referred to their surgeon, Dr Jack Sipperley. Determined I required surgery.The entire office staff was wonderful including their techs. Dr Sipperley saved my site! I can not give them enough stars for this office. THANK YOU Dr Sipperley. This has been my fourth visit. Th eye doctors are very good and through. The eye glass center is very good and talk as the time to make sure the glasses are perfect as in fit and made of the best materials., When I was hospitalized and my glasses were lost they were very helpfull, they shared my prescription with the VA so I could get a replacement pair. Of course the VA version was not quite as good. The sun tinting and ultra violet protection was not done. So I will always go back to Barnett &Delaney. I have cataracts growing And I will only trust Th as great folks remove them when I need to.

This place is a scam. Billed me $50 for handing me safety glasses that were paid for by my work. I was never told about the bill and if they would have held my glasses and given them to me at the same time it would have been $25. I had to bend my glasses to fit me because they did NOTHING! I have gotten these prescription safety glasses many times and never gotten a bill.

Dr. Blair is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I always feel comfortable visiting with him. I've had a retina detachment and must see an eye doctor twice a year. He's the only eye doctor I'll see because I trust him. The bottom line is I dont want to lose my vision!
