Horrible experience with Dr. Lalani. Horrible Customer Service From The Office Manager. My Dr. recommended tonsils removal and the in my first visit the Dr. told me that many people die from that surgery. His equipment is old and dr office and exam rooms are dirty.

The hearing test room is very dirty. They did my hearing test then suggested ear wax removal. I think the ear wax should have been cleaned before the test. Wait times are rediculosly long. There has to better ENTs in Yuma.

Very rude! His wife is very noisy as well asking questions that has nothing to do with what Im getting checked for.. Him and his wife dont listen to the patients all they do is give you medication that hasnt worked at all instead of trying to fix the problem and listening to there patient. The doctor never listens always in a rush you always have to pay a co pay just for the doctor not even to care about whats going on and Does not treat the problem! I noticed they delete reviews off of here only showing good reviews but please do not go here ! Seems like they are just money hungry. The wife running the office thinks she's a doctor too when shes just a secretary He's too old needs to retire... Im a older lady Ive been going here for awhile now its a waist of time !

Very bad service, they just made me loose time with their lies, not coming back and definitely don't recommend this place, horrible experience with them! I was very dissatisfied. This is definitely not a quality E.N.T specialist experience this needs to be shared with there Guest Service team. The wife as well very unprofessional & rude very pushy and aggressive! Not thank you I pass on this place its a negative not a good place he charges a co pay every time you see him and if you cant make it they charge a $25.00 fee and if your grouchy they charge a $100 fee because he knows hes only in it for the money what if were not feeling well ? We get charged ha! Pass on this place PLEASE ! DONT GO !

This doctor is not good as far as a physician goes. if you're going to come to this place make sure you have no other appointments or plans scheduled they have u wait for hours!!! Sat in the lobby all day! 3 hours! guess where in the fricken lobby, I will NEVER come to or recommend this office to anyone!!!!! And the doctor doesnt listen or even try to help to see what is wrong with you! Please do not come here hes only in it for the money you have to pay a co pay every time u come and if you cancel its a 25.00 fee! Dont waist ur time please do yourself a big favor and see someone else ! Him and his wife do not care to even listen or help there patients

Dr is good as far a physician goes.... but if you're going to come to this place make sure you have no other appointments or plans scheduled.... we were called at home to see if we could come early, only to sit in the lobby for over an hour (ok stuff happens, I understand) follow up appointment the following week.... sat in the lobby again for over an hour after appointment time, and today on our final follow up appointment it is 11:30, our appointment was at 10:15.... guess where we are... Yep, you guessed it, in the fricken lobby, I will NEVER come to or recommend this office to anyone!!!!!
