I havent even been in for my appointment yet but the receptionist I spoke with was terrible. I had been on vacation for a week and didnt have any cell signal, and when I got home and called back, she said Well, FIRST of all, we tried to contact you like 8 times (I only had 2 voicemails), so what is your phone number? She also kept cutting me off as I was answering questions she asked me. I am praying for a better experience once I go to my appointment, but honestly I think Ill ask my doctor to refer me somewhere else. Medical conditions can already be stressful without having to deal with rude, abrasive front offices. Ive been down that road before and the outcome is never pleasant.

Cant tell you how happy I am with Dr. Porter. Even as a surgeon he did everything he could to keep me from having surgery. Listened to me and talked to me with respect. Shook my hand every time I saw him which was just about every day. Doesnt talk over your head or try to smooth talk you. Highly recommend him. Jeremiah Rabon

Seen him for the first time on 5/21 the office staff was friendly and smiling. Was scheduled for surgery on 5/22 got to the outpatient surgery everybody was friendly. Got bk to pre OP and my Male and female nurse was super nice everybody was helping each other out to make sure it ran smoothly. Dr. Porter came out after the surgery and explained how things went to my parents.. I'm super impressed with him.. hes funny and he listens to you... definitely recommend him to anybody...

Has always been very professional and he listens to his patients and will do what is best for you, even if he has doubts. But he is a doctor who cares about his patients , i will recommend him to anyone who need a surgeon.

Dr Porter is a nasty Dr. He did not even clean my surgical sights before surgery and I was hospitalized for cellulitis. No iodine at all then also he will let his secretary Kenya disrespect you and will fire you as a patient . One star because it's the only way to comment . Highly unrecommended I promise!!

I heard about Dr. Porter from my mother and I am a resident of Dallas, Tx. I was not satisfied with the answers I was getting there and Dr. Porter was attentive, listened and gave me options for a better quality of life. I would recommend Dr. Porter to anyone that is not satisfied and would like a first or second opinion about their health.

Very satisfied with our visit. When we arrived an elderly woman was leaving her appointment and Dr. Porter helped her all the way out to her car!! Very nice man.

I was hospitalized for 9 days even had exploratory surgery, Drs here couldnt determine why I was in so much pain. Went to Dr. Porter and he did a colonoscopy and found the problem right away.
