Recommended personally by our family doctor. Stellar care from beginning to end, efficient and professional process at the office and through two surgeries, excellent bedside manner, personal phone call to follow up at home on a Saturday by Dr Neis himself, incision excellently stitched leaving an almost imperceptible scar, direct and honest information about my diagnosis. Better experience than that of a large academic hospital. Can't recommend him enough!

Great doctor. Asked a lot of questions and was really attentive. When it came time for surgery was very helpful in explaining things and everything went perfectly including my recovery. The staff was very helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Neis and ENT Associates.

really rude and wouldn't listen to what my girlfriend had to say about what was going on, like he had already diaginosed her before he had come in and was ready to end his Friday and go home. it's your job to listen to everything your paitent is telling you so that you can figure out what's wrong with them, not to interrupt them halfway through it and say that 'you don't have to go into detail'.
