Steer clear from this place. I signed a 24 month, 0% contract with Estrella Aesthetic and they modified my contract AFTER i signed it. I did not even notice until 6 months into my payment because i was on automated bill-pay. They even sent me documentation that showed what i signed but they said they 'couldn't do anything about it' even though they admitted to their mistake. They will lie and cheat, steal your money, anything to get your business and then modify/edit the contract. STAY AWAY! I'm currently in the process of reporting them to the BBB for fraud.

Ive been coming here for years.... for those who say they are overpriced i beg to differ. You get what you pay for. I love that they educate you first and then only do what you feel comfortable with. The ladies are amazing. Ive had great results and i love that they dont push procedures like many places do. I am always conservative in what i want and they respect it and dont make me feel pressured to do something i dont want or can afford.

I have a problem with an office especially one like this that does not return your phone calls or answer their phone you get voicemail most of the time. The problem I have now they had a procedure on sale I wasnt ready to do it but they said in order to get the sale price I would have to pay upfront. I did pay upfront. I just cited not to do the procedure after giving it a lot more thought and they will not return my money. They said I could get other procedure which I dont want other procedure Im having to go to my credit card Company to file a dispute

Ive only had very good experiences here. I love and use the Diamond Skin Care line. Ive had other services performed as well (the hydra facial is amazing)! All services have worked for me. The entire staff are professional and very informative (Judi, Susan, Natalie, Summer). My last visit was with Summer, which was my first session with her. She was nice and I was happy with my results. I felt like she had a lot of experience.

Unfortunately i have to give a one star because they dont have a zero0.. This place takes your money i came here about 1month in a half for butt injections and its all a lie. First they told me results in 4to8 weeks and after no results called and was told 8 to 12. Thay just took 3600 from me.. STAY AWAY can not be emphasized enough!!!! All they care about is taking your money! Went in for Restylane Lift treatment, paid $1350 and saw absolutely no results. Went back for my two week checkup and expressed my displeasure and expressed how much they over sold their product and services. I was quickly dismissed and was met with argumentative responses and that $1350 was insignificant. I'm convinced that the only thing they are good at doing is taking peoples hard earned money!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is ridiculous their prices are outrageous and they do not care when they do a terrible job. I went to this location for Botox and for lip fillers, the lip fillers did absolutely nothing. I was assured that I would see some type of results and I literally have seen nothing. The day the procedure was done I thought maybe I would see some progression over time but still to this day nothing, I have called them and complained and they could not care less. Extremely unprofessional and do not care about any of their customers, avoid this place at all costs. I would not be surprised if all of the positive reviews were fake, as they have recently changed their name and on the previous name all of the reviews were negative as well. How could you be a doctor and perform procedures and not care if he patient does not like the end result
