I would recommend looking else where. I sent in a request to receive a call as I would like to have multiple procedures done at one time. My email inquiry went unresponded for weeks. I called and finally spoke with a person in the office who was unconcerned with this issue. The consultation flat rate fee is considerably higher than other practices. If you are looking to repair an issue with your nose that involves the septum - you will also need to look else where as they do not do this procedure. Phone service was perfectly average. Not horrible but nothing I or anyone else wouldn't find at any other medical office; or a McDonald's. You can get the sense that the office isn't concerned with client experience. I am happy to have experienced this now as attention to detail is something I want my medical professional to take seriously. None to be found here.

Dr. Askren is a talented and gifted surgeon who is highly educated in the latest surgical techniques. He and his staff are kind, compassionate and professional.
