The staff is amazing Dr Song is great explains everything during consultation and after at follow up. Major shoutout to his surgical staff as well and the Anesthesiologist is AMAZING!!! During what was otherwise a very scary time, everything about this place was spectacular. The staff was genuinely sweet and super friendly, and the doctor was not just professional but personable. Dr Song is amazing!! I would highly recommend him. His staff is so friendly and it is easy to contact them if I had any questions before or after my surgery! He did great work and gave me everything I asked for. I am extremely happy. He went over details of the surgery, what to expect after and all follow up appointments have been great; he listens to your concerns and what you want out of the surgery. I had reconstructive surgery and he made the whole process easy and stress free on me. It was my first major surgery and I felt very comfortable with him and his staff day of surgery. I would definitely go back if I need other plastic surgery in the future!

This was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had from beginning to end. I am a mother of two young kids and I used to have nice, perky breasts (full B) before kids. After pregnancies and nursing, my breasts turned into floppy pancakes that were crooked. I just wanted my natural, perky breasts back and Dr. Song gave me just that. He is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, which made my breast augmentation surgery very enjoyable. I was skeptical at first and had a lot of questions about the surgery, recovery, risks, etc. and Dr. Song put my mind at ease with all of it. Dr Kyle has gone above and beyond to give me the results I'm looking for. I had a seriously stubborn 'squint' line mid-forehead from years of squinting. He started with laser and fat transfer, which helped, but not enough. He has provide several other treatments, including collagen tissue transfer and will also be doing a resurfacing in a couple of weeks. All of this with no extra charge to me! It's wonderful that he's so passionate about helping you and giving you the best results possible! Hes also very professional, yet also very sincere, friendly and welcoming. Oh and ladies, just so your mouth doesn't drop open when you see him, he's also gorgeous! LOL. I highly recommend him.

From the moment I met Dr. Kyle he made me feel instantly comfortable. Going into my consultation I had a few questions for him and he answered all of them before I even had a chance to ask. I was planning on having consultations with other doctors but I felt so comfortable with Dr. Kyle that I ended up canceling my other appointments. He was very kind, sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Weatherwax (Anesthesiologist) was great and explained everything to me and my husband prior to the surgery. Andi and Kelsie were really nice and helpful and always answered any questions I had. I was a first timer to these beauty treatments but Dr. Song and Andrea made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Song is down to earth and greets all his patients like long-time friends. He's super hands-on, I called in a couple of times and he was answering phones and scheduling patients (not something you'll see often at a swanky place like this). The office itself looks immaculate! Overall I had a great personal experience before, during, and after my treatments at this office. I highly recommend this place! Plus they ALWAYS have special deals going on.

For those of you looking to make a positive change to your appearance look no further! I have always had breathing problems and discussed my options with many, many doctors trying to find the right one. As soon as I met Dr. Kyle Song I immediately felt comfortable and felt that he listened carefully to my goals. The staff was absolutely wonderful and I was actually pinching myself that I had found the best plastic surgeon in all of Orange County. There are a lot of doctors in this area and most were arrogant, uncaring or in some cases just plain weird. Dr. Song is a very down to earth doctor and I really like him as a person. To add to that he is also a brilliant and superb surgeon. I decided I wanted him to handle my Septoplasty surgery and discussed with him my desire to look a little better and why not make improvements while I was under anesthesia. Even at 55 it's never too late to make changes to yourself! I was not a bad looking guy to start with but did not like the look of my nose. After talking with Dr. Song about my goals he listened very carefully and gave me some options. I felt that he really understood what I was trying to achieve and his confidence that he could help me was very reassuring. Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty is an art and you want to make sure you pick the right doctor. I met many doctors that supposedly specialize in this procedure and I liked Dr. Song the best. He is an expert! Not a lot of guys post reviews about their nose jobs so you may not see many on his site but trust me...he is an excellent extremely skilled surgeon! Surgery day everything went like clock work. The staff was terrific and made me feel comfortable right away. Post surgery they went out of their way to make sure I was always comfortable. It was pain free! To be honest it was really world class medical care! Here I am 5 days after surgery and I just got packing removed from my nose and splint removed. I can breathe better than I ever have and am very happy with my appearance! The results are everything and more than I was promised. I am absolutely thrilled with how I look and it will only get better as swelling totally goes down over the next several months. I have done my best to describe my experience but words are insufficient to express my heart felt gratitude and relief that God led me to such a wonderful doctor and loyal staff!

The first time I went in for a consultation with Dr. Mark Song he was very personable and very knowledgeable on all my questions regarding Botox and fillers. I have never usedfillers and only second time using Botox so he made me feel very confident and at ease so decided to go for it that same day. My experience with botox was ok , with the filler certain areas were very painful and would of appreciated some sort of numbing. The next couple days I was badly bruised in couple areas and called office to let them know and they calmed me down stating that was normal and that it sometimes lasts up to a week or so. So after 2 weeks or so I started noticing the my right cheek had puffy area that was quiet noticeable and my husband even asked me what happened on your cheek? So I called right away for an appointment when I saw Dr.Song and I showed him the area and told him that this didnt seem to be right because even my husband noticed and asked me about it. He told me I was focussed on that and I asked him how we could make it better? Since at first we discussed going a little at a time and now because of what I said he was not interested in remedying the situation. I felt very insulted and hurt at his reaction and paid alot of money to get this done and would have even been willing to pay more money but he brushed me off to his Esthetician for some other procedure, made me feel he no longer had time for me. I will go and get a second opinion see if this was done correctly and if its normal for my cheek to look this way, I dont think so since my husband noticed and he didnt know I did any of this! Very disheartened on this outcome.

From the first initial visit to Southcoast Plastic Surgery in Irvine, I knew Dr. Song would be the Only surgeon I would trust to perform my Revision Tummy Tuck and Lipo.
