If you are thinking of plastic surgery I would 110% say Dr. David Nguyen is the Surgeon to have do your procedure. I researched probably every Dr in Southern CA and TJ. I found some that seemed knowledgeable but I didnt get the feel that they genuinely cared for their patients. Dr Nguyen was different then other surgeons from the first time I spoke with him. He returned my inquiry not an office staff member. He answered all of the questions I had. I then met with him in person to discuss my tummy tuck and I knew right then not only is he very knowledgeable but he cares about his patients. My surgery turned out amazing!!! For years I have felt embarrassed of my stomach and Dr. Nguyen made my stomach look amazing. Not only was he great but the surgery center was amazing. The nurses were so caring and eased my nerves. The anesthesiologist knew exactly what he was doing. He set my nerves at ease before the surgery, informing me of everything he was doing and assured me I would be ok. The only part of the surgery I was nervous about was the anesthesia. I have had other surgeries and every time I woke up super emotional and had a rough time waking up. The anesthesiologists Dr Nguyen works with new exactly what he was doing. I came out calm with the nurse talking to me, like I took a little nap. I am probably a rare case but I experienced really no pain with the tummy tuck surgery and mine was extensive. I was uncomfortable at times but no pain. One major deciding factor for me when choosing a surgeon is that he/she is available for their patients. Dr. Nguyen will text back immediately with any questions and face time if its something he needs to explain. Paula, Dr. Nguyen nurse is the sweetest and also always there to answer any questions. My experience was so positive I am returning in Aug for an arm lift and breast augmentation. For anyone considering plastic surgery go meet Dr. David Nguyen Im sure once you see his work, how knowledgeable, down to earth, and caring he is you will also choose him.

I had always been scared of getting my nose or my face messed up by allergies with nose filler but Dr. Nguyen used the best aka natural to your body and I never have any problem. Before deciding to work with Dr. Nguyen, I researched 6 different doctors in Orange County and two in Tijuana (since its cheaper). Doctor Nguyen showed me something I haven't experienced before: HONESTY! He did not want to add unnecessary procedures, we explained my options and he was my best and cheapest option. My surgery was Jan 3, 2020, I had a tummy tuck and an arm lift. After the surgery, he was only a text away. Any question I had he answered within 5 minutes. He is such a warm person. These procedures are not an easy thing for your body, and he understands that. He is encouraging and for him your not just a patient, he makes you feel like a friend, like you really matter. I would recommend him 100%. I am 5 weeks out, my scars look amazing I can barely notice them. Paula (nurse) is super friendly, super sweet. He have the best character, they are smart and very warm. I had a great experience here with Dr Nguyen, I reached out online and received a quick reply to schedule an appointment. I went for Botox to treat my jaw pain and teeth sensitivity from clenching and grinding. His staff was very professional and kind, I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. He was very knowledgeable and when I asked him about my ever so slightly crooked smile he actually independently confirmed a diagnosis of a pretty rare genetic abnormality that affects some of my facial structures and nerve function, so he knows his stuff! I had never been to a plastic surgeon before and was nervous Id be pushed to do additional procedures but I didnt feel any pressure at all. We decided to go with Jeuveau instead of Botox and Im really happy with the results. The injections were almost painless and I had none of the possible side effects afterward. The sensitivity in my teeth is gone and my jaw pain has improved so much. Im really glad to have found an intelligent, caring plastic surgeon in Dr Nguyen to help me with this issue!

After a Botox consultation with someone else a few days ago that insisted on a huge dose of Botox plus fillers or leave, I left, and was so happy/relieved to meet Dr. Nguyen today. He calculated a conservative dose of Jeuveau(Botox) and made sure that I felt comfortable with the dose and regions, and made himself readily accessible for any questions or concerns. Amazing experience, I had Gynecomastia removal surgery and it was my first time being put under. I was nervous prior to the surgery and I was totally reassured as to how safe it is. Very pleased with the care I received! Dr. Nguyen performed a revision abdominal procedure to remove a large amount of scar tissue that I had from a botched surgery years prior with a different surgeon. I had been hesitant to have the revision because I experienced many complications the first time, but I'm so glad that I went through with it and chose Dr. Nguyen to perform it... he is an extremely skilled surgeon!My result is better than any other doctor that I consulted with told me I could expect, and the post-surgical discomfort was much lower than I had previously experienced. I cant say enough amazing things about Dr Nguyen and his staff. From the first time I went in for my consult he made me feel so comfortable and took his time to explain anything and everything to me. I ended up going in for a second consult to ask more questions before booking my surgery and he never once made me feel rushed, he was always so patient with making sure I understood everything and was comfortable. It warms my heart to read all the kind reviews about Dr.Nguyen coz they are all true. I am 11 days post op after breast augmentation and lift and the result couldn't be better. I really didn't have it all figured out when I went to see him-as far as size or even if I wanted a lift but I went with his realistic and honest recommendations of what would be best for and boy was I right! I just wanted normal looking breasts after baby and I got amazing looking ones way better than in my 20's . Besides that ,Dr.is super nice, friendly warm,caring, patient,Paula is adorable and all his staff is super nice! His honesty for me was a huge decision factor. I had a eye lift surgery due to Bells palsy six years ago. On my right eye the skin was hanging over my eye which impaired my vision. When l went to my Ophthalmologist he expressed concern and gave me a referral to Dr. Nguyen along with a comment that he had heard great things about Dr. Nguyen. I made my appointment for a consultation with Dr.Nguyen, he was very through explaining to me about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and proceeded l dont even know where to begin on how pleased l am. Dr. Nguyen legitimately is the reason why I am able to breathe through my nose again. Previously having been a water polo player for 8 years my nose had been broken around 4-5 times easily. As a result of such trauma being done do my nose, my nasal septum was heavily bent out of shape to a point where if I inhaled hard enough through my nose, my right nostril would collapse in-word. It got so bad where my friends would imitate my heavy and distorted breathing. Because of the inflammation and swelling I could not breathe without relying heavily on steroid nasal sprays such as Afrin. Afrin became my life until Dr. Nguyen performed a Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, and Turbinate reduction. Interestingly, Dr. Nguyen was not the first surgeon to perform a Septoplasty on me as one other had done so before, however, Dr. Nguyen was the first surgeon to perform the Septoplasty correctly. Waking up after the operation and taking my first full breath through my nose was unbelievable. I really couldn't tell you the last time I had been able to breathe as I can now. Not only is Dr. Nguyen genuine, professional, and precise but also his amazing staff follows suit. There was never a doubt in my mind that I wasn't in good hands both before and after the operation. After the operation, Dr. Nguyen will have you go to a number of post-op appointments not only to evaluate progress, but also to answer any questions the patient has. Dr. Nguyen is straight to the point and will give you the necessary information you need in order to promote the best results after the procedure. After 2 C-Sections and a 90lb weight loss I had a very undesirable stomach that I could just not get rid of in the gym. I lived in high waisted leggings trying to ignore and hide all my loose skin for years. Felt like all my hard work in the gym was for nothing. I wanted to feel confident in my own skin. So I took the leap! Finally seeing amazing results from a friend that had a mommy make over done by Dr Nguyen I decided to call and make a consultation. He got me in right away and I've never felt more comfortable with a guy grabbing onto all my fat and inspecting my stomach in my life LOL. I was pushing for a tuck and lipo but to my surprise Dr Nguyen was against the lipo. Said I didn't need it and that my body had very good definition. Right then and there I knew he was a honest doctor not trying to get me to pay for stuff I didn't need. This is a Doctor that doesnt live behind his computer and a scalpel...he works right there side by side with his staff! He went out if his way and called me before surgery to talk about things I would need for the surgery and stayed on the phone to answer all my questions without rushing me. His staff is very caring and made me super comfortable from day one. Surgery day went well with no complications. I'm now 6 days post op and couldn't be happier! BOTOX IN MASSETERS:I'm really happy with the results. I no longer have headaches from clenching, and my face shape has improved to look more narrow and less square/U-shaped. Although I saw results with my injections, he educated me about a new product called Joveau. He is going to switch over to Joveau because you're less likely to build a tolerance to it like Botox, so you're don't have to worry about wasting money on a product that may not be working for you! Can't wait to make the switch!FILLERS (Voluma):I had fillers in my cheeks and chin elsewhere for the first time, and I didn't quite get the result I wanted. Dr. Nyugen was immediately able to determine the areas that filler was not placed, but needed, in order to achieve the look I was going for. This is why you need to go to a knowledgable PS! They know where the placement should be to achieve the desired outcome! Dr. Nguyen gave me a heads up that he might need two syringes of Voluma to accomplish what I wanted to achieve (add more structure to my cheeks to obtain a more heart-shaped face), but that he would start with one syringe to see if that would be enough since he prefers a more conservative approach. Luckily, he was able to give me a fabulous result with the one syringe. I see a HUGE improvement and am so happy with my result. It's so natural, yet I feel like it was so impactful, and I am so grateful he was able to help me feel more confident and comfortable with my look! As far as the pain goes, I was absolutely shocked how pleasant my experience was. Dr. Nguyen is so talented because I barely felt anything! I think it's his technique because I've had botox and fillers elsewhere, and it was very painful (I have low pain tolerance) even though I had numbing cream, ice, etc. Dr. Nguyen used no numbing cream (it doesn't do much when doing deep injections), just ice and a distraction device, yet there was almost no pain (it was less painful than tweezing a hair)!
