A Clinger

Horrible customer service. I specifically scheduled a 930am appointment because that was the absolute earliest I could get there after taking my older kids to school and a babysitter. I drive almost an hour to get there and arrive at 920 to be told I am 20 minutes late. NO I am not my appointment is at 930. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and even rolled his eyes at me. Very unprofessional. I will NOT be returning to this office. Clearly they do not care about their patients with that kind of attitude. I understand things happen and maybe it was scheduled at the wrong time but the front desk could have handled professionally.

Came to Dr. Gupta last May for a lower face/neck lift. . 6 1/2 hours under the knife, 11,500.00 later: ZERO improvement in the face or neck. Though I have two brand new freakishly ginormous ears. My days of wearing my hair behind my ears without people gawking, wearing earrings, wear an updo are over. Dr Gupta says they'll get better with time. Not sure how that works, they shrink? Expensive, incompetent, unskilled, dangerous
