The staff are super friendly and like to talk about what is going on in your life and like to make you as comfortable as possible! I usually have a lot of anxiety when going to any orthodontist appointments but the staff here make it a safe and comfortable environment! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has kids or even if you're just looking for a new orthodontist!!

I cant speak highly enough about Dr. Mishra and his staff. They are all very friendly and professional. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. All my cleanings are pain free thanks to Hannah. Dr Mishras office is very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Dr Mishra is very personable and thorough . Is very well educated in dentistry and explains all procedures to your understanding. Great chair side manner. My husband has had extensive dental work and he did a wonderful job. His staff is friendly and helpful. Hannah is one of the hygienists and is wonderful! I love Dr. Mishra and his amazing office staff. They are always so polite and friendly. I have been his patient for over 10 years and he has kept my teeth healthy and beautiful. I am always able to get in to see him when it's s urgent. Dr Mishra has also replaced my implant with a more modern and natural looking tooth. And lastly, I can not write this review without mentioning Hannah the Dental Hygienist. She is so warm and pleasant and most importantly gentle on my teeth. Her positive attitude makes me leave Dr. Mishra's office with a big smile on my face.

The staffs are amazing in customer service. They treat you well and care for you well. The wait time for your scheduled appointment is top notch fast! Very respectful of your time. Been cared for, for more than 6 years with no issue. Also, they do not push you for any service that is needed, they give you your options and you make the decision with time to think, not on the spot! That's the best part.

Amazing quality service, nice people and an overall enjoyable experience. I've had porcelain veneers put on here and they're still holding strong even after a bad bike crash right into them. When I was 16 years of age I went to a dentist and my experience was horrible and I was very traumatized years and years, I was looking for a new dentist but every time I will find one they would look to me like I did something rung I could tell in there face I was been judged, one day a good friend of my call me and she told me she found a new dentist and she was going to do some implants, I listen and she got me very exited I ask her for dentist information.I call to the offices and I did a few question got appointment for just a estimate 3 days later I went there walking to the door it fell good, the offices look great, fresh environment, wait a few minutes and Dr Mishra come to see me, we start talking about my self and my problem, he was focus in my mouth and my problem his eyes just looking at my mouth,Looking at his hands they look fine and touching in my mouth I could fell the finesse of his hands and I know this is it, I said to my self thats it this is my dentist, this is what I was looking for. I need to have some long time work done in my mouth, we need to do some Bone crafting and some implants, it was a long process but every thing was done prefect he was very patient with me and believe me (Im not a very easy patient) and yes my mouth looks prefect and I can eat and smile, prefect job Dr. Mishra, thank you

The overall staff and the doctor are great except for the extremely rude employee at the front desk. I called as a courtesy to update the billing department on a clerical issue and was treated very poorly. Next time I will let them figure it out on their own.

Dr. Mishra is very gentle. Always checks with you to see if you are feeling pain during any procedures. He is knowledgeable and his medical decisions for my dental health have been spot on. In years past I would not look forward to my visit with the denist, I had major anxiety and fear to the point of tears from bad past experiences but that has all changed. Dr. Mishra, Hanna the hygienist and staff has changed my feelings towards visiting the dentist. They are all very kind, caring, gentle and most of all HONEST. They do not try to do unneeded procedures. Their main priority is to make sure that their patients have a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. I want to thank Dr. Mishra and staff for being awesome

10 stars right from the beginning the receptionist (Ms. Lizz) was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. My daughter has kind of a phobia about the dentist, but the dental assistant and Dr. put her at ease and pulled two teeth without a flinch. My daughter told me after she felt no pain at all. I'm a happy customer!

I was so impressed with this DDS mishra office. I had taken my son to two other dentists offices and was not happy with there service nor there customer service. A family member recommended this location and I have to say this place is awesome the girl Elizabeth the front desk was very helpful she even went in the room and gave us moral support which I think of that time I needed because I had seen my son in pain for months and no results with the other places I was so happy with the out come definitely recommend this location I have already spread the word at my work location how awesome DDS. Mishra is and how awesome the Associates at this location are . an special thanks to Elizabeth for all the moral support and also to help me work out a payment plan that works out for my budget five star location

I've been going to Dr Mishra since he took over the practice from my retiring dentist. I had a bad dentist experience when I was a child, so it was important for me to find someone I could trust, and I was really worried when my dentist shared he was retiring. Dr. Mishra and his staff have not only earned my trust, but also the trust of many friends and family that I've recommended him to. Four generations of my family go here, from kids to seniors and everything in between. He works well with all of us.

As someone with extensive dental anxiety and several major dental issues, I truly cant say enough how unbelievably awesome Dr. Mishra and his staff were upon my first visit (for an extraction). Dr. Mishra explained everything that was going to happen during the procedure in a respectful and caring way, and did not once try to push me into services I did not want and/or couldnt afford. For the first time EVER, I feel hopeful about my teeth. Also, its worth noting, I am currently uninsured. At another very well known dentist in Merced I was quoted over $500 to have the same tooth extracted. Let me just say I paid less than half of that for the extraction Dr. Mishra performed. Thanks so much Dr. Mishra and staff!!!!

I had not been to the dentist in about 20 yrs. (I have dental insurance I was just afraid). Hannah persuaded me to come see her and promised no one would judge me, lol. The office is super clean, quiet and relaxing and all the girls are super sweet. They went over everything with me, I opted to take something to relax me prior to my appt, however, I have been back since and have not needed that because they are all soooo good that I no longer have anxiety about going. Cleaning was super easy, thank you Hannah Richardson, you're the best! I barely felt anything with the filling from Dr. Mishra. I will be staying up to date with my dental work from now on.

Dr Mishra was the only dentist in the Central Valley that could do the implants and snap-in dentures for my mother. We were actually referred by one of the other dentists we first saw. I took her to the Merced Office initially and was able to take her in for a follow-up on in his Turlock office. He did an excellent job and exhibited the highest skill level coupled with a very kind and gentle approach and care.
