I went in about three weeks ago to have a rhinoplasty procedure done, and it couldnt have gone better! Dr. Horowitz accomplished exactly what he said he would, the many times we went over what my ideal look would be. The surgical staff was extremely nice and professional as well, and everything ran smoothly. I found out about Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery by searching through Google. I made an appointment for my consultation with Dr. Horowitz. Upon my arrival I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and warm/friendly/professional greeting from the staff. However, what impressed me the most was Dr. Horowitz himself. A very knowledgeable doctor. Listened to all of my questions carefully and patiently. Shared all of his suggestions with words and terminology that I could understand and didn't try to sell any treatments that I didn't need or ask for. At the end I left the center with no commitment. After reviewing everything at home, I was ready to sign up for my procedure and the results were above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this professional center with professional staff and capable doctors for any cosmetic procedures.

I have been coming to the Bio Spa for now 7 years and there staff and doctors are the best in Orange County and they treat you like you are family. I honestly dont know where to begin. I had a breast lift and augmentation. I searched many places and had different consultantations and when I first came here, per usual, I was worried that they would just tell me what I wanted to hear but from when I first walked into the office the staff was so welcoming, theyre all amazing! During my consultation I let Dr. Horowittz know my dislikes and concerns and he gave me his professional suggestions and never once made me feel like I had to go with his suggestions, he is a great doctor! He gives such a good vibe and has such a positive attitude, that alone, made me feel like this is the place. When I went into surgery I was not nervous at all. Everyone there is so awesome, from the staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist to the doctor! Right before surgery I was joking with the anesthesiologist about music, the next thing I remember is waking up. When I woke I was not in any pain not even on the drive home; when I got home I went for a walk around my block with my son, again, I was not in any pain, just felt a little heavy chested but not anything too bothering. The next day I went to the mountains and the day after that, a graduation party, and those were my first three days after surgery! I followed doctors orders exact, from before surgery and post surgery, which I believed also helped with my great recovery. Dr. Horowitz and his staff prepare you to the fullest before surgery and continue after. In doing so, my surgery and recovery have been awesome. I already cant wait until I can fully workout again. The staff is so friendly and open to helping asking any questions or concerns that I may have. And last but not least, Im so so happy with my results

Making an appointment was easy and they work with you to find a time that works best. It did not take long for the consultation. Once in there, the doctor and patient coordinator were friendly and did make me comfortable. Dr. Nichter has a calm demeanor and does try to answer your questions and concerns. The patient coordinator was also able to answer and comments on some of my concerns. The office offers a wide range of services which makes this a great one stop shop for image and skin concerns.

This review is for Dr. Larry Nichter. I would definitely not recommend him. I had a lite lift 13 months ago and am not happy with my results and added problems I didn't even have before surgery.First, the doctor attached my left earlobe. They had not ever been attached. My right is still not attached, so it looks shorter than my left. When I had my doctor appointments during the healing process I told Dr. Nichter about this and all he said was that you never see both ears at the same time. That not caring statement was unbelievable to me. My earrings don't even hang right. I don't know what to do.Also, I now have a bulge on the left side of my neck from my gland. You couldn't see it before the surgery. Again, at my post op appointments I asked him about this and he told me at the time of surgery he thought about removing it but then didn't. Again, I just don't understand. I had this surgery to look better, not look like a freak.

I had a breast augmentation in May of 2015 with Dr. Horowitz. I had never had surgery so I was extremely nervous and contemplated if this was something I really wanted to do. Fortunately, my mother and older sister both had their breast augmentations done by Dr. Horowitz and couldn't be happier with the experience they had with him. During my consultation, he answered any and all questions I had and explained everything I needed to know about the surgery and the options I had. The day of my surgery I was so nervous that I thought of backing out and not having it done. Dr. Horowitz and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable and my first experience of surgery a good one. I was laughing and felt safe while they wheeled me into the operating room. Dr. Horowitz truly cares about his patients and called me hours after my surgery to check up on me and see how I was doing. Although I'm still in the recovery process from my surgery, I couldn't be happier with my experience and how my breast are already looking.

After years of going back and fourth I finally made the decision to go in for a consultation for a breast augmentation. From the moment I walked in Dr. Nitcher and his team made me feel so comfortable! I had a lot of concerns going into this because I am a mother of a 2 year old and I am also in recovery for substance abuse. I was so worried that after the surgery I would be completely laid out with pain and unable to function. Dr. Nitcher completely supported my decision to go narcotic free and also encouraged me to do so. To my surprise by day 4 I no longer needed to take Tylenol or my non narcotic pain medication. I am 3 weeks post op and I couldn't feel better! I love my results so far and can't wait to see what the future holds! Life changing!

During my consultation visit, Dr. Horowitz seemed more interested in selling his skin care products than assessing my needs. I should have listened to my first instincts and left right away. Instead I scheduled the lite lift procedure. My worst fears were confirmed when Dr. Horowitz was nowhere to be found after the procedure and I was rushed out of the procedure room by the nurse.Soon after my migraine headaches began and I felt abnormal tension in my jaw and cheekbone. I waited 4 months for the pain to let up and it never did. I scheduled a follow up consultation. During the follow-up consultation, I informed Dr. Horowitz of my pain and discomfort. The best he could do was to prescribe 800 mg doses of ibuprofen, refer me to a pain management specialist and to have me schedule an x-ray exam. I am truly sorry I chose Dr. Horowitz for this procedure. He is incompetent, unfit and should retire.From an age reversal standpoint, I am unsatisfied with the results of the lite lift. There was a slight improvement in my appearance for a couple of weeks after the procedure, but after several months it is as if the procedure was never done.

I went to meet with Dr. Nichter because I needed a breast revision. A year earlier I had my implants removed by another doctor because they moved with every muscle movement. Just using a soap pump would cause them to move up. After some time without them I couldn't stand anymore how bad they looked. I thought that if I got new implants and had them placed on top of the muscle that that would prevent the previous problem. Dr. Nichter agreed. I'm very happy with the results. They feel so much more natural. That being said, I must also say that while sitting in the waiting room for my breast revision consultation, I picked up a book on the table that had before and after pictures of people who had lite lift. I couldn't believe how natural they all looked. None of them looked pulled tight. I asked him and about that procedure and decided to do that as well. I'm so happy I did. I couldn't be happier with both results!

I went to Dr. Nichter for the mommy makeover in Nov. 2012. From the start, Dr. Nichter and his staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They answered all my questions before and after the procedure. The surgery went prefect with and I felt well prepared and informed on how the recovery was going to be. The best part is the thin and well placed tummy tuck scar which is completely hidden under my new bikinis (YES.. Im back in a Bikini after two kids!!!) and NO scars on the breast enlargement! I had the Vanquish treatment for eliminating fat cells. I still have lumps on the abdomen where the treatment was performed. They told me those lumps would go away, but they didn't. Overall the procedure didn't work all that well. I don't see them advertising this treatment any longer, but it was quite a promotion at the time.

The second day, I woke up and looking at mirror, I saw my higher nose, big eyes and longer chin. I loved my new look right away. I also don't see I felt great that moment. My face was swollen(so, no wrinkle), and bruise only under my chin. I had some soup and fall sleep again till third day. I did not have any pain But still had bruise under my chin. so I took pills to help my bruise. On fifth day, all the bruise were gone. It is 7th weeks now. I look great:-) The process was easy. All I need to do is Follow Dr. Nichter's order.Dr. Nichter has 30+ years of experience and can provide appropriate medical advice based on expertise in human bone structure, muscle texture and more. I am born with a round face, and when I reach middle age, I have a double chin. Dr. Nichter had a rhinoplasty, a chin and a chin liposuction. The operation was carried out in the morning, about one more than two hours. I didn't feel pain because of the anesthetic. After being sent home by a friend, I slept until I wake up on the morning of the second day. I stumbled into the mirror and immediately fell in love with the beautiful nose of the high nose and the slightly longer chin. The skin was also smooth and moist, and I was very happy and happy. (I thought that it may be the relationship between the face and the edema, I didn't think much at the time). No pain at all, my face was a little swollen and bruised.
