Dr. Straw told me that my daughter needed urgent oral surgery immediately or she would have a medical emergency. He didnt even really examine her -just glanced in her mouth and told me that I needed to schedule this right away. Then his staff took an expensive scan that cost me a lot of money because they didnt bother to tell me that my insurance didnt cover it. Im so glad that I got another opinion because it turned out that my daughters mouth pain was caused by an issue with her braces which was easily fixed and certainly she didnt need immediate unnecessary surgery! I do not trust this oral surgeon and would never recommend him.

Dr. Straw just removed my 16 year old daughter's wisdom teeth. The office staff was accommodating and friendly. Dr. Straw was profession and relaxed - he didn't rush during the initial consultation - he took his time, explained the procedure and answered all our questions. The surgery and recovery went just as they said it would.
