had mohr surgery on my face Dr joshen did a beautiful job explained the surgery before hand and I felt very at ease to go ahead with the surgery. a small scar not even noticable. I now see Elaine Woo for follow up visits and she in unbelievable very caring kind and takes time when meeting with me she is absolutely the best. I recommend Countour to my friends.

Elaine Woo and the team at Contour Dermatology are awesome! I've been a few times, usually for skin check ups and another time when I had some hair loss due to stress. She was wonderful and took the time to really answer my questions, do thorough examinations and provide treatments when necessary. She was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her and this team and I'll continue to go back. I also take my young daughter to the La Quinta office as she suffers from eczema. They've been helpful in providing treatment solutions to help her when her skin gets extra irritated and were very gentle and kind when working with my daughter.

Dr. Jochen and his staff are absolutely amazing! He does a wonderful job and is very personable. His nurses are very friendly and do a wonderful job as well. His receptionists will spend time working around your busy schedule to get you in when needed. The office atmosphere is very relaxing and beautiful. I've gone there for many different things over the last couple years and I'm very happy with the services they've provide for me.

They have these great events there that I went to called 'Day of Beauty' and the deals are great but the results are even better. I got Botox, and fillers and they really made a difference. My face looks younger and refreshed: not frozen. I'm checking out their eye lifts next since it's by local anesthesia! I don't want to go under general so that works for me. The doctor is the best I've ever been to and his results are excellent.

Excellent Dr. Jochen removed a large mole on my eye lid with out any discomfort. Looks great now and I can see better. He also did a biopsy of a sore on my chin and found cancer ( after another doctor told me last year it was old age ) I had the Mohs procedure and cancer was removed. Again with very little discomfort. The staff was top notch, taking care of every need before you even ask. The office called me the next day to check on me! Great doctor and great staff...perfect experience.

I went to the Rancho Mirage location did a lot of tests and they prescribed a medicine that my insurance would not pay for. The cost was $770 per small tube as a cash pay. Worse than that after paying for all my tests and visits I was sent to collections over a $43.00 bill that was never submitted to my insurance Company. I would not recommend the services an beware of the billing department. I also found the customer service staff rude and less than helpful. Best of Luck.

I am very glad that I found Contour Dermatology. Dr Sawcer was fantastic in explaining to me the process to eliminate a Melanoma in-situ on my scalp. The procedure only took about 20 minutes and the area is in the healing process. Since moving to California last year, I knew I needed to seek out a good dermatologist and I really got lucky with Dr. Jochen and his staff. While Dr. Jochen is talented, personable and highly professional, his staff is as great to deal with as he is. Although this is a very busy practice, I have never felt rushed and in fact they have taken the time to explain in detail every procedure and answer every question. My primary care physician recommended Dr. Jochen and he couldn't have been more right. At 60, my skin looks better than it has in years and that is all due to this terrific doctor and his equally great staff.

What a factory. I think the doctor (Cho) spent a whole 90 seconds in the exam room. When I pointed out a very irritated area on my face she pretty much stabbed it with a q tip taking a culture. The bedside manner of a Mack truck...I'm canceling my follow up and will find another dermatologist.
