First time visit to see what my options were. The staff is exceptionally nice and informative for any questions. John was gentle and before I knew it my tune-up was done. The environment and office is clean and well kept. Elizabeth was very informative on a new skin regimen they offer and very detailed on how to use it. I was impressed with her kindness and customer service. I look forward to my next visit because I know I'm getting Excellent service. Great job to the entire staff.

after reading, all these negative comments...it makes me wonder how a doctor, with such a good reputation, would allow his staff, to run his business this way, I'm not willing to pay good money, to be waiting forever, or treated rudely..I want questions answered, in a professional manner, and my presence in a waiting room not overlooked! that's crazy!

Dr Sonfonio is the best doctor we have ever witnessed. He is incredible: highly trained, skillful, professional, caring, a pleasure to interact with, and up to date. A recent experience tells it all. My wife fell and received a nasty gash on her nose. After waiting all day in the emergency room the on call plastic surgeon didnt show up! We called Dr Sofonio at 7pm! He just finished a surgery yet told us to come to his office. He was caring and skillful and my wife's nose is perfect again!

Scheduled a consultation for my husband at 4:45 pm, arrived 10 minutes prior to consultation, the waiting room was empty, no one was there, my husband filled out the paper work, which took 5 minutes. We waited 45 minutes, Front desk personnel didnt even acknowledge that the doctor was running behind, no consideration at all for new potential patient. Of course we had to pay $100 ahead of time. We had another engagement for the evening and asked front desk our $ 100 back. and wait for this one, its really good..... we were told that they have cancellation policy. Cancellation fee should have been waived. Do not over schedule, period, or if you do, make sure your staff takes care of your patients in the waiting room. My husband was sold on Dr Sofonio, it was a pretty sure thing that he would sign up for treatment, and im not talking about Botox, im talking 10 to 20 K treatment. As a business owner in the health care ourselves, we would never do such thing, this is inappropriate, inconsiderate and so not Classy. But after reading the reviews on Google and Yelp, Im glad it happened. Bottom line, we paid $ 100 to wait 45 minutes with no customer service what so ever. I do no like to write negative reviews, but this one is well deserved.

Went in for a breast augmentation. I liked that doctor didnt try to sell me anything. I asked about a tummy tuck and he said he wouldnt recommend it. He was straightforward about the amount of pain I would be in. When I thought I was getting an infection, his office staff was very helpful and had me send in a picture, then they called me in for a visit the same day. It turns out it was nothing, but Dr. gave me a free prescription strength neosporin to put me at ease. I also made a mistake and showed up one day after my appointment and the front office staff was really nice and accommodating. I like the staff, the nurses, and the doctor. I recommend Dr. Sofonio if you want a Dr. that a will treat you professionally, and will stand by his work.

I was so excited for my appt today and had one shot to get what I wanted done on my lunch hour. The hour went by until I had to go back to work without having anything done because they overbooked. If you work for a living and have time restrictions, like within an hour of your appt time, this isnt your place. They may be great but they are useless if you cant get in when they tell you that you can. Needless to say, I'm not happy, they wasted my time and I cant get in anywhere else before my daughters graduation on Friday.

This 'doctor' is lying snake in the grass. Beware of him telling you one thing and doing another. Had a terrible hair transplant from him. Its patchy and just a bunch of corn rows. Zero artistry in his work. He was fully compensated to complete the work, but was only willing to poorly complete less than half. Also the newer hair sticks straight up like a cowlick where the natural hair lays flat. Terrible work Mark.

The office staff is horrible! I was hung up on several times. I simply called to inquire about there fees, they had confused me with a patient and simply hung up! If they hang up on their patients; it speaks volums of the doctor. Your staff make or break your business!

Dr. Sofonio is the most skilled, clever and best Plastic Surgeon I have ever had do work on me .....He is conservative so you do not end looking like something out of doll factory. ..Friends will remark on how rested you look. If you follow the DRs instructions a week later you can be out and no one notices anything .. except to say . 'Wow do you look good' . I moved here 20 years ago..and feel lucky that I found a Dr. who actually is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. His staff from Kyle James office Manager to Lara , who does his marking, and his nurses are top professionals . Do not go anywhere else..

I went there as a new patient, my appointment was scheduled a week before. Signed in and waited 1 hr plus. Other patients came in the time I was waiting and had appointments after my time, and was called in. I was the last person there in waiting room till I just got up and left. I had to ask permission at work to go thru this? Staff never told me how much more wait or called me after I left the place! I'LL NEVER GO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

I wanted to wait to write my review until I had completely healed to give an accurate rating. First I would like to say, being a medical student I have seen the art of many surgeons, even the best but there is always some skepticism of error. Dr. Sofiono is by far one of the best in this desert. Not only is his staff very professional, welcoming and efficient. He wont tell you what the other surgeons in this desert will tell you ie: you wont have any scars or you will have a 10 scar. He's honest which is a rare commodity nowadays. he understands the healing process and many different skin types and textures and what will work best for you. What I appreciated is that he took his time to explain every detail of the procedure as well as the healing process. My surgery was on my upper back of my thigh, not exactly the best place to put stitches. His surgical technique was excellent. He did a couple layers of dissolving stitches inside and a beautiful running stitch with two knots on the outside! brilliant...a hairline thin scar is what I have now and completely able to workout without any tension stretching. I would definitely recommend him to any of my girlfriends for any surgical procedure due to his wide knowledge of hiding scars.

I had botox went cray cray, suffered sever headache swollen eyes lost two day of work... i went to fixed the bad botox, the nurse offered filler for additional $450.00 After, month still with bump and bruises, they cancel my appointment to see the doctor, on top of it this doctor have very vicious staff and rude they hang up no help total mess. I should of listen to the person in his seminar that indicate his no good and one person in anntaylor store told me the same thing. NEVER USE OFFICE FOR ANY PROCEDURE.
