Dr. Rau is a very talented and amazing plastic surgeon. He recently did a remove and replace breast augmentation on me and he did an amazing job! He is best plastic surgeon there is in Redlands! And all the ladies that work in his office are so nice and sweet especially Rose. She is absolute angel. I adore Rose. I highly recommend going to Dr. Rau for any cosmetic procedure you want done. Im now a loyal client of his. From now on hes the only plastic surgeon that I will be going to for all my cosmetic needs or procedures.

Recently had injectables done by Nurse Injector Stella. She is skilled, professional and compassionate. I've had similar procedures at Medi-Spas with nurses before and came out feeling pain during and after treatment and experienced immediate bruising. I decided to try Dr. Rau's office since it's closer to my residence and because they brought on board a Nurse Injector. I was not disappointed and didn't have the same experience that I did before with other R.N 's. I will be seeing her in the future for this procedure.

His staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. To say that his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired is kind. I think Dr Rau and his amazing staff are incredible. I am still in recovery but tomorrow will be 6 weeks since I had my bilateral capsulectomies and removal and replacement of new breast implants with two drains. I had my implants for 29 years and the dr had quite a job to fix but did a fabulous job. I couldnt be happier with my results so far. I opted to go with a larger implant for a natural lift instead of surgical lift with dr Raus recommendation. I am very happy I did that. As my other consultations with drs recommended a lift. My breasts are looking amazing and its only been 6 weeks. If you are looking for a dr with great bed side manner and very skilled in his field I totally recommend you call Dr Raus office. Dr. Rau gave me my life back!!! Having lost 260 lbs 13 years ago, I needed extensive surgery to remove skin (I looked like a shar pei) and restore my body to normal. I had an appt with Dr Rau for a Consultation on a diagnosis of Basil Cell Carcinoma on my lower lip on 5-4. His staff were all very nice ladies, my appt time was about 20 mins later than scheduled but I was put in an exam room at appt time.Waiting for Dr Rau, I was looking around this surgical room. I was not pleased with the sterility of this room as there was blood on the floor from a previous proceedure, the electrical cord to the patients chair was covered with a tripfree cover but had moved from its place exposing the old glue and nasty black whatever it was still there marking the correct location of its placement.When Dr Rau came into the room he introduced himself and I to him. He began with my biopsy rpt and this was why I was now in his office. He proceeded to go into his abilities while talking about a 7hr removal of cancer and a rebuilding of her lip. He followed that with and I will do my best job to make your lip pretty again.The Dr then pulled out a measuring tool to measure the afflicted area. So I asked a question....the actual area of breakout began over her pointing to the l-side of my lower lip. Correct me if I am wrong as I am still learning about my cancers. Dr Rau became agitated it seemed as I tried to show him a picture of the entire breakout.I then tried to explain I was homeopath but was not objective to western medicine. Again ignored and again I tried to share my history on my lip. Was not interested in anything I had to say or questions asked were left unanswered. Finally the good doctor said 'I am not the Dr for you. I will call your Primary and suggest another surgeon.'This was to be a consultation where a Dr answers a patients questions. This was not a consultation but more of a dictation and you are right Dr Rau. You are not the Dr for me.
