I had a mid face and neck lift with lipo 2 months ago. It was scary trying to find someone who I trusted enough to work on my face. During the initial consultation, I knew I was in the right place. First, the ladies up front are caring and helpful. As for Dr Vu, he is a true professional. He explained every single detail of the procedure in terms that I could understand. I was totally comfortable in taking the next step in scheduling my surgery date. The surgery was performed at his facility under local anesthesia. After the surgery I had no pain. The only bit of discomfort was wearing the head garmet. My healing went exactly as expected. I am so happy with the results especially my chin and neck. I would do it all over again!

I had breast augmentation, which was done in a very cutting edge way, by a very talented doctor who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, provides excellent follow up care and gives back to the community in a very profound way by helping the children at Shriners Children's Hospital. They did my skin graft surgery pretty good, but they still billed us and never called us to do a 2nd surgery that I needed. Now I have to go to UCSF

Horrible time management. Would have not mind waiting for 30 to 45 minutes , yet, Very disappointing that I waited over an hour and a half and I was more than ready to do the procedure. However, DR. VU HAD 2 Other PATIENTS To SEE before me..No way ,Jose... I would had to wait a few more hours in order to be seen by him. If I had waited for him to finish up the two patients before me, he would have finished with me At midnight!!! If he knows this has been a big problem for years I am surprised he cant resove it. There is a Mexican saying: El que mucho abarca, poco aprieta. So true! I leave it for homework!
