i went to dr hannah 1 year ago, after being sick for years and going from doctor to doctor just to be fat shamed and basically ignored of my symptoms because it was my fault for being so fat, they would talk for an hour of how being fat affects my health but did nothing to help me, obviously i was trying but couldn't do it on my own, but they didn't care, now dr.hannah is a man of few words yes but he wants to help you and he was the only one that gave me the help,i went from 300lbs to now 175lbs,2 weeks after my surgery i was off all meds.... i will forever be thankful to dr. hannah for giving me an opportunity of a better life... like i said i hate doctors that talk and talk and charge you a ton of money just to keep talking and do nothing to change your life, but if you want to pay for that then maybe dr.hannah isn't your doctor because my appointments have always been around 2 minutes inn and out but hes the doctor i needed and the only one willing to change my life, he's a great doctor and a great human being for changing peoples lives

Terrible bedside manners. After having me undress to see my tailbone (putting me into a vulnerable position as I had to take off my pants), he then says that Im overweight and need to lose 20 pounds. And then to have a nice day.

Ive been with Dr.Hanna for 3 months and i can see hes a bussy man, in and out doesnt say much and doesnt want you to say too much either,but to be honest im tired of going to doctors who spend 45 talking and do nothing to help me,Dr.Hanna has given me a chance at a better healthier life and thats what I needed...help, so in my opinion Dr.hanna is one of the very few good doctors Ive found in 37 years of my life

Dr. Ziad Hanna has the absolute WORST bedside manner of any surgeon or medical professional I have ever met in my life. After working with my mother for over a year (always displaying a bit of an attitude and making her feel as if her presence and questions were a nuisance to him) he finally conducted the surgery she required. Upon visiting her after surgery he tested the tenderness of her incisions by, literally, smacking his hand on them as if he were spanking them. This, of course, caused my mother a great deal of pain especially on her main incision which he, himself, remarked would be extremely sore and tender because her medical issue was far worse than he had previously told her. During her weekend recovery he was 'kind' enough to provide us with his cell phone on her discharge papers stating to call him with any and all questions. My mother needed clarification on when her diet was supposed to be adjusted and upon returning the call he berated the fact that she didn't remember this information from her consulting appointments (despite his knowledge that she has memory issues related to other medical issues and is on pain medication due to her surgery) and continued to explain how 'great' of a surgeon he was for giving us his personal contact information all the while refusing to answer the simple question and continuing to speak over every other question that was put in his direction. When he was finally called on being rude his response was that he had every right to be because he was 'kind' enough to return our call, and it wasn't until after being threatened with a complaint and asked the simple question over and over that he finally provided a two word answer and hung up. Absolutely atrocious behavior for a professional of any type, let alone one that works with those that are in delicate physical and medical conditions! I'm beyond shocked by this man, I'm disgusted!
