MR. Alexander Sinclair is actually a good DR. that listens to your needs and will do his work, but wont correct it unless you pay again, he knew he missed bone in my nose job and all he did for a long time was just adding fillers to make it even. Is been very depressing for me to have an incomplete job and when I met with Sinclair he said he will need to charge again anesthesia tjat cost me $5000 another nose job. I NEVER RECEIVED CALL BACKS AS PROMISED FROM ANA and been waiting for long time for them to take responsibility for my bad proceduresThe chin implant he did is flat cut from one end that feels lift instead of blend with bone...I really didn't want to write this review since I feel appreciated from them but they don't listen to my issue.

By far one of the best surgeon's in the world! On December 3rd I had my life changing gender confirmation surgery with Dr Alexander Sinclair. I am a male to female transgender and could not be more happier with the results. I had zero complications, no infections and my new female anatomy is absolutely beautiful. Dr Sinclair and his staff Anita and Claire are some of the most compassionate and understanding people and are out of this world. I wish i could give them 10 stars.

I had a breast augmentation done last year in November. It's been 4 months and the outcome has been AMAZING! Dr Sinclair is the best. Hes very attentive and he doesn't try to make decisions for you. When I went in for a consultation he knew exactly what I wanted and perfected it. His office and staff are amazing. I've also done juverderm a few times on my lips and I'm obsessed. I love it. The worst, I went to Dr. Sinclair for Facial Feminization Surgery. My nose looks the same as before my surgery, my jaws are still square, He left me with a scar on my right bottom lip from a deep burn that he caused during surgery, , I found out after my surgery that Dr. Sinclair had gone to Spain for Facial Feminization Surgery training AFTER he performed my procedures. . He asked that I put my requests (for reimbursement) in writing. which I did. The letteroutlined what it would cost me to have another surgeon correct and complete the work.To this date I have not heard back from him.
