Dr Grossman and his entire staff are professional and smart and kind. The office is immaculate. There is easy valet parking outside. But most importantly Dr Grossman sets the tone of this office by his knowledge, kindness, and candor. He is a class act. He is extremely intelligent and skilled but is not pretentious at all and really takes his time in his consultations. If only I could replicate him to by my dentist and my primary Care physicianif only everyone in medicine replicated this level of care. Additionally the staff at facial aesthetics are always FANTASTIC!!

Whether it's an original OR a Revision Rhinoplasty, I would highly recommend Dr Grossman for his honesty, his vision, and most importantly his skills. I live out of state and had attempted twice to correct a tip problem. My nose became increasingly worse, more bulbous with each procedure, in spite of sharing goals with each of those surgeons. Anyone in this position knows that multiple surgeries are traumatic, not knowing if another attempt is worth it. Yet, I went to Denver for Dr Grossman. I knew he was totally honest and an excellent surgeon with vision. He met all his promises which included a finally corrected natural result. The office can help with easy out -of-town arrangements. You don't have to be a high profile person to make this happen!

Dr. Grossman performed a cosmetic procedure on our young daughter to correct deformities that she was born with on both of her ears. My husband and I had many doubts going into her consultation, seeing as the procedure was strictly cosmetic and she was only a year old. Every person we encountered at the office, from the front desk ladies, to the sweet nurses, to Dr. Grossman himself, put our minds at ease and made the whole process streamlined and worry free. Dr Grossman is confident in his wide scope of abilities and spoke to us both as a Doctor, but also as a parent, which I really appreciated. Above all, the outcome of the surgery is better than we could have expected! Thank you to Dr. Grossman and his passionate staff for everything you have done for us. While I never thought Id leave a review about something so personal, the experiences Ive had with Dr. Grossman and his staff can not go unrecognized. Ive opted for his talent twice, and my expectations were exceeded twice. I have never felt or looked better. Highly recommend if thinking about a cosmetic change.

My facelift did not work. All the pain and money and time to heal! At my age, time is the most precious thing.The jawline is saggy, the midface the same or worse. The neck is loose. Dr Grossman admitted it was a failure. He offered to revise the procedure in the exam room without anesthesia. He stated there might be 'screaming'.I think there is a reason people retire at 65. The doctor is almost 80 years old(?!) You should be aware of this.While I am grateful he offered a revision......there's an old expression about 'fool me twice, shame on me' I asked the manager of the practice to call me back regarding another possible solution, but she has ignored my calls for 3 months.

I was extremely excited to meet with dr. Grossman. I've heard wonderful things. Finally the day had come and I went in for a consultation.... Dr. Grossman doesn't care about you as a patient. He will say you need a boob job and full on tummy tuck. Never mind you are there to get lipo on your arms. One of procedures we had talk about was $2000 fat injection. After researching I found out that this procedure is not affective and only 20% of fat sells survive due to blood supply in this particular area. Dr. Grossman not only 'forgot' to mention that, but guaranteed great results. Overall experience:2.5 hours appointment including 1.5 hours of wait. After the consultation I was left in the room to wait for my estimate. 35 minutes later I walked out and start wondering around looking for a spa representative. It was 4:45pm and everything was dark. Finally I found a room with 2 employees. A woman said: oh, I did t forget about you. Our computer is acting up and it will be a moment. Go back to the room and wait. Sure, things happen, but some kind of communication would be nice. I thought everyone had left and forgot about me. I finally got my estimate which came to $25,000. The price is unheard of for what I needed. A friend of mine had exactly the same surgery done with another doctor for 10k and very happy with that. Guys, please do your research before you go under the knife. Be safe and good luck

Doesn't deserve 1 star- horrible experience. Everyone acts as if they know all and don't listen or care about clients concerns - One assistant actually said she didn't even understand why they assigned me to her. Talk about unprofessional. Also - if something goes wrong - it is all the clients fault - Horrible ! It was supposed to be a scar revision on my nose, he did not listen when I brought up concerns - just accusations - found a professional Dr. that is very helpful. I had a nice budget set up for services at Grossman - glad I just walked away!

Spend your money on personal trainer and proper diet!!! My wife has been going to Grossman for couple years now for facial treatments. Overtime she has build a relationship with the clinic and the staff. They offered her Cool Sculpting. Do not fall for this scam. My wife convinced me to try Cool Sculpting as well. We both had a consultation at Grossman a month before our wedding. We are both pretty active and exercise on regular basis i.e. yoga & crossfit. I am 6.1 and weight around 180 pounds. My wife is 5.7 and weight 130 pounds. The body fat around the abdominal area was the main area of focus with Cool Sculpting. We were sold on the package after they measured us and provided multiple pictures with supposedly previous results of passed clients. The promises were pretty impressive. They claimed to reduce the body fat around the belly area where we would visibly be able to tell the difference. (Although the contract states 20%). The procedure costs us $4,500. They train their aesthetician to be very good sales people. 'We guarantee results. You are the perfect candidate for this procedures. This is a perfect gift to yourself before your wedding. You will be in love with the results' Blah Blah Blah... We preformed the procedure and they told us to wait 4-8 weeks. On the 7th week we inquired about our results and both of us noticed a significant amount of swelling. When we arrived at Grossman to retake the pictures the original sales rep who sold us on the packages was gone. We requested to see her but they said that she quit in pursue of better opportunities. Okay! Once we retook the pictures with a completely different lighting and different camera we were advised to wait for the manager to review the pictures. The new aesthetician flat out told me that she doesn't see any results in my abdominal area but can notice a slight reduction of body fat on my wife's pictures. The manager came in with a lot of attitude. No acknowledgement or respect for the patients... She reviewed before and after pictures and proceeded to argue about Cool Sculpting only working on particular body type and only reduced 'up to 20% of body fat'. The key word is 'Up To'. They didn't offer any compensation or alternative services. 'Read your contract', she said. Here is the bottom line if your are praying on patients that are ready to spend this money on the procedure that doesn't work and your are overselling you will eventually loose clients and business. My advise to anyone trying Cool Sculpting to invest money in your real health, diet & exercise. Bottom line Cool Sculpting is design to up sell you over and over and over before you conclude that its a Scam.

Sixteen years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Grossman. After I woke up I had no taste or smell. Gradually about 50% of it returned. I called Dr. Grossman and expressed my concern. It was about a year later, and I had relocated so going in to see him was not possible. He said, 'You might have a brain tumor.' Yes, I'm sure I developed a brain tumor while in surgery! So, in short, he would take no responsibility for it. Sixteen years later I am left with about 20% taste and smell. After each head cold or flu it would get worse. I know these things happen, but it hurts that Dr. Grossman couldn't even say, 'I'm sorry and these things do happen.'

My advice is this just because youre paying top dollar does not mean you will receive top dollar results. I selected Dr. Grossman because of his outstanding ratings on his website, and his approachable, warm demeanor. My only concern before surgery was the cost -- Dr. Grossman's costs are considerably higher than all other Denver/Boulder area surgeons. This lead me to believe I was purchasing the best money could buy. Im not implying Dr. Grossman is a bad doctor -- I consider Dr. Grossmans work somewhat average while his costs are greatly above average. Please do your research before you hire Dr. Grossman.Yes, it is true, Dr. Grossman's bedside manner is friendly and understanding. He was a very nice man at the beginning and in the middle. The end, however I will explain later. Bottom line, my results are disappointing and mediocre. During each and every follow up visit I expressed my concern to Dr. Grossman. Dr. Grossman informed me to be patient as I was still healing. He said, 'I was work in progress'. It has been ten months since my surgery -- I am fully healed and I am NOT pleased with the results. During the last follow up visit with Dr. Grossman he was not the same man. While I explained my disappointment, I sensed he was trying to retain his kind bedside manner -- both my husband and I could see he was becoming flustered and frustrated. The doctor offered me an in-office procedure to help improve my appearance. Frankly, this procedure did not sound proper, in fact, it sounded risky. I was loosing l trust in Dr. Grossman. So I did what most people would do -- get a second opinion. The second doctor (with similar credentials) explained how he would correct my surgery. Long story short, the second doctor said an in-office procedure would not correct the problem it could make my appearance worse. I believe the second doctor.
