I have had two surgeries with Dr. Baker. The first was a breast reduction five years ago. I was extremely happy with the results. It was obvious to me that it takes a lot of skill and talent/artistry to create those kind of results. For many years I was very unhappy with my abdomen after having two pregnancies. I always thought it just kind of ruined my body and that nothing could be done. Upon consulting with Dr. Baker, I learned about the condition of having separated abdominal muscles (diastasis-recti) and that it can be corrected surgically. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Baker a few weeks ago. I am very pleased I chose him as my surgeon. I was worried that I would look overdone and the implants wouldnt look right on on my body. Dr. Baker assured me that big implants would not fit my body type and he would choose a size that would look natural on me. I can't say enough about Dr. Baker and his staff. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by their friendly receptionist checking you in, offering water and letting you know how soon you will be seen. Then you have I have your appointment most of the times with the nurses, again, all of them friendly, smart, patient, answer all my questions and give me great insights. The full mastectomy and now in the process of reconstruction is a hard thing and they have made it easy, joyful and successful. I love them all!

If you're considering any cosmetic procedures, I can't recommend the office of Grossman/Capraro enough. Beginning with the initial consultation, Dr Capraro and staff were extremely professional and friendly, explaining all the steps, costs, and preparations for my procedure along the way. They want to make sure you are entirely comfortable with every step of the process and never feel pressured with your decision. The day of my procedure I asked Dr Capraro how much of the procedure is a science and how much is an art. When he came back with '95% art' and the experience of over 100 such surgeries, I knew I was 100% certain I had selected the right Dr and office for my procedure. However, the end results are what really matter and I couldn't be happier. My expectations were exceeded with their top tier level of services. Thank you, Dr Capraro!

After many years of contemplating back and forth; I decided I wanted to treat myself to a breast augmentation. I had recently moved from South Florida to Breckenridge, CO and knew no doctors in the greater Denver area. After some extensive research I went to a few different consultations and felt unsatified. Ironically, I google searched best doctor for breast augmentation, Dr. Grossman was the first person I clicked on. I read the reviews and decided I would make an appointment. I didnt have to wait months for a consult which made me very happy. Once walking into the expansive reception area; I was greeting by a gorgeous friendly face; Jessy. First impressions are everything to me and this so far checked all my boxes. She escorted me to a plush waiting room and offered me a cold beverage and explained the process. I then met with Laura who was so sweet and then Dr. Grossman himself, not only did he make me very comfortable, he listened to me and him and I were on the same page. Fast forward to my post-opp. I went with 560cc each; silicone under the muscle. I am not kidding when I get stopped and asked where I got my breasts done. My girlfriend liked them so much she went in right after me and did hers. Ladies, this is a huge commitment which should be taken very seriously, you cannot put a price on expertise, experience, and overall satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Grossman and his staff. I hope this helps anyone on their cosmetic journey.

First, I have to say, the surgery my son had seems so far to have been done well. It was a fairly simple outpatient procedure, and Dr. Baker was very nice. In fact, everyone in the Greenwood Village office was super nice. However, I would not recommend this surgeon and would not return for another procedure. The first issue came from the pre-op physical. Grossman-Capraro requires expensive HIV, Hep B and Hep C testing prior to surgery for ALL patients just in case the patient later contracts one of these diseases and tries to sue them. When I suggested they must have a higher than average incidence of this since no other surgeon requires it, the 'COO' of the practice, threatened to cancel the surgery 24 hours prior to surgery. They don't care about having the results prior to surgery, only that the patient has the test done. When I wrote to Dr. Grossman later suggesting that since this is for the protection of the practice, they should pay for it, he responded with a polite letter that was not in the least satisfactory (and not even completely truthful). He said they agreed to let the surgery proceed prior to receiving the results because my son was looking forward to getting it done. This was a lie because I was told by the nurse, before I ever spoke to the COO much less her having an opportunity to talk to Dr. Grossman that they don't need those results prior to surgery. In response to our personal physician saying the tests were not needed, he said, 'we generally do not have physicians that do not follow [our] orders.' (We happen to be fortunate enough to have a PCP who actually cares about us, our expenses, and risks). The icing on the cake, was at the first post-op appointment when the nurse who consulted with the office PA said that pain in my son's arm that started 2 days after surgery and was becoming unbearable could not be related to the surgery because they did not do anything to the arm. They suggested seeing our PCP. Our PCP was able to diagnose it over the phone as phlebitis, a common post-op problem that was easily fixed with an ace bandage and a heating pad. At the second post op, we actually saw the surgeon and he confirmed that is common. Any normal visit to a PCP for this type of complaint would have cost us even more. I suggest finding a practice with doctors who care about the people, not just the bottom line.

For an initial OR a Revision Rhinoplasty, I would highly recommend Dr Grossman for his honesty, his vision, and most importantly his skills. I live out-of-state and had attempted twice to correct a tip problem. My nose became increasingly worse, more bulbous with each procedure, in spite of sharing goals with each of those surgeons. Anyone in this position knows that multiple surgeries are traumatic, not knowing if another attempt is worth it. Yet, I went to Denver for Dr Grossman. I personally knew he was totally honest and an excellent surgeon with vision. He met all of his promises which included a finally corrected natural result. I made my own arrangements, though the office can help with easy out-of-town arrangements. I felt in excellent hands with pre and post-op care at Rose with a caring staff with longevity, as well as with Dr Grossman's RN and Surgical Assistant. You don't have to be a high profile person to make this happen!
